I am only giving 1 star due to lack of anything less.
The dress was not proportioned correctly, the website blamed tht I chose a normal size rather thn custom made dress (although the measurementswere correct); when Ifinally made them understandthatth dress was my size but the bust area was designed for a woman with twice a size 10 bust; they said they would give me 10% back for alterations when the tailor said it can not be altered unless fully dismantled. I explained this and they said 15%. This is a hoax website and as beautiful as they look on the models, they are not like that in reality.

Wrong colour and damaged dress. No reply following several emails, still fighting the refund fight. How can a company get away with just not replying??????????

Please do not ruin your wedding dress experience like I did. My dream dress was long sleeved, long flowing dress to acentuate my waist and bust.....the dress I received was hideous, sewn completely wrong and certainly not by specialists. It took me approximately 25 emails corresponding with the admin team for a full refund, after sending photographic evidence of the awful dress I recieved. I finally referred the issue to my bank with regards to a consumer law online purchase, "item not as described" before I recieved my refund......may I add my refund was approximately 6 weeks before our big day. My request for a refund was the day after delivery, it took 8 weeks for a refund. Please spare yourself the heartache.

Honestly the website is a joke... everything is bad; the quality, service.... I would trust any good reviews about this site. I paid £120 for a dress.. it came and I can just say that it looks like it only cost £2.50 to assemble.
Morale of this story : don’t trust websites especially if they don’t have physical stores and social media sites (mainly insta).

Well.i got suckered right in just yesterday £125 for a dress want to read the reviews after then went overboard to cancel my order no chance no reply to at least 10 emails i am gutted and disgusted even called my bank while payment ws pending but couldnt cancel that way its so wrong i will continue to hound them with emails but do not i repeat do no lt buy from these thieves as thats what they are totally wrong in every way uk based my butt daylight robbery

I ordered 6 dresses from them for my brides maids! All 6 arrived! None fitted! Every one had to go up a size. Which left me one dress short. After over a month of threatening to sue them through my credit card company for not only incorrect sizing but some dresses were faulty they reimbursed me for 1 dress. I then had to spend an additional £1000 to get them altered correctly! Absolutely terrible at responding unless it's to a threat and you get passed through several advisors so you have to constantly repeat your claim. Very frustrating and extremely unprofessional! I will never give another penny to this company and how they are getting away with daylight robbery is astonishing! Take your money elsewhere people :)

Never received the dress!
When I told them the dress had not been delivered they told me it wasn't their problem and I needed to take it up with the delivery service.
I told them that your the one that has the contract out with the delivery service so you need to ensure that your product makes it to the customer, but they insisted that I needed to be the one to call delivery service.

When I called the the delivery service UPS they said I need to go back to Her Dress to sort it out because they didn't know where my delivery had gone. For about 3 months it was a back and for the between Her Dress and UPS on who was to blame about my dress going missing, and every time it was me the customer that had call to sort it out which is ridiculous.

In the end I asked Her Dress for a refund because the dress was 3 months late for the event I needed it for and still had not arrived. Her Dress refused to give a refund for the dress I did not recieve and had said nothing else about it.
On all levels it is a terrible service and I don't believe what they did was even legal as a consumer product company. My advice is to not use this company at all it a horrendous service.

DO NOT USE THEM!
1. They are based in China - Suzhou BUT are using a .uk domain, and trick you really quickly
2. The refund policy is just for them not for customer.
3. POOR costumer services, rude, unresponsive.
4.They declare less value for not paying taxes (the dress was 89GBP they said in invoice 60 USD)
5. the dress was to small on the upper part and to big on bottom part less / more 5 cm.
PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company poor quality, and you do not get any refunds.

Unacceptable. I ordered a dress and a pair of shoes on the 4th of April 2018. I had a change of heart and cancelled the order on the same day. It is now the 1st of May and I still haven't been reimbursed. I've spoken to many people in their online chat system, I have emailed them. They never respond to email requests.

Don’t buy. Bought a white dress which was pink when it arrived. After complaining got no refund. They said that the computer monitor and camera lighting do not pick up the real colour so they are not at fault. Very bad experience and terrible dress.

I cannot warn you strong enough DO NOT ORDER from herdress. Your goods will not arrive as expected and they will not respond to your e mails after order.
You have been warned dont be tempted by some amazing prices.

I ordered a dress well over a month ago, was told I would have the dress before the 16th April, 2018. A week later, I still have NOT received my dress and they are NOT responding to any of my emails. I have a huge convention to go to this weekend and it looks like I’m not getting the dress and I’m £124 down.. I’ve now got to buy another dress.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I have ordered a dress and it is TERRIBLE way way way to big I have emailed 20 times but have got no response I don’t know what to do £150 gone.

Recently bought a wedding dress from herdress and it’s really lovely! Constant emails were sent to me to let me know exactly where the dress was which was also helpful.

I knew it was risky having read all the bad reviews but I took a chance and it paid off, I ordered extra in the sizing so that I can have it taken in and made to fit me properly so if you do order from here make sure you do it properly! Returns can be tricky!

I think it must depend on which dress you get as well! So think carefully if you want to risk it!

I ordered a wedding dress that fell in love with from their website, to start it took nearly 2 months to get here, and then when it finally arrived it was nothing like the dress I had ordered and the quality was horrendous.

I have emailed them on numerous occasions to arrange a return for a refund, and I have not received any response from them.

This company have basically charged me £140 and delivered me with a dress that is not what I ordered and is such bad quality. It’s disgusting!

They have basically robbed me of my money!

I will now be reporting them to the police and trading stands.

Oh and I forgot to mention they claim to be based in UK but are actually from China! What a joke!

I do not have a lot of money as it is and now I have to try and find the money to buy another dress for my wedding which is in 20 days, I am so upset.

They are Robery, thives, cheater , scammer, frauder and gambler because they said we are from UK but they are from China Hong Kong. They didn't reply me , they didn't contract me and they didn't send me the wedding dress that I bought. They didn't refund my £175 just they robed me, my wife waiting the dress but nothing to received please guys becarefu never buy and never try just buy from appropriate shops even though expensive and make sure buy through PayPal account if any thing wrong so that yuou can get your money back but not from this website as they are thives.

CON ARTISTS... Please do your homework before you deal with this company. What they advertise and what you order is not what you receive. For 2 months I have been trying to return a dress that looks nothing to what I ordered. They follow a pattern of offering measly discounts to have the dress altered locally, these discounts vary depending on who responds. They have been reported and investigated but still they continue to trade with unsuspecting customers. They will never give an address for damaged goods to be returned saying they may get lost in the post. 65 emails later and a lot of perseverance, my bank offered me a refund. I have also reported them to the police fraud team and the Advertising Standards Agency who have already found them to be trading illegally. Please pursue them through your bank if you have been scammed.

DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST!
Used their custom made service and the measurements my daughter sent were professionally done by our usual seamstress/tailoress who does all our alterations etc, when the dress came it was about 4 inches too big around the bust and the length was about 40 inches too long! They take no accountability when you email them and send photos of the dress (sorry I should say tent!) No compensation at all for their extremely poor service, it was awful and no way can my daughter wear it to her prom it’s a disgrace! Buy cheap...buy twice, so PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company as their standards are very bad indeed. Buy British and don’t be fooled by their .co.uk website as they are based in cheap China!
