Do not buy from here. The advertisement is not what you end up receiving and why you try to return they just ignore you. Left with a dress that I do not want. You are not covered under UK Law either as based Offshore so no rights!

I was extremely worried after reading reviews for this company, but feel so sorry for them, as my daughters dress arrived this morning and it's absolutely beautiful. It's made to a very high standard and is absolutely perfect in every way. The fit is spot on and it's exactly how the photo portrayed it. We did try this dress on in a shop prior to ordering it and I was worried it would be a poor alternative, how wrong I was, it's exactly the same, if not even better. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent and I'm absolutely thrilled that they can provide a beautifully made dress at a fraction of the cost, thank you so so much. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, they're superb.

I read the reviews befor I purchased from Her Dress and decided to take an chance and I have just received my wedding dress and it is perfect. I done a custom sizing and it fits like a glove. 😍😍😍. Xoxo

The dresses are unsuitable and the returns policy is non existent!

Not only did they tell me to go to a tailors to fix the dress when i expected to turn up in good condition - i got left with the dress as they would not let me return it and was not able to even wear it! Now 3 months down the line i receive another letter telling me i have to pay an additional charge for import!!!!

Choose in haste and repent at leisure. What I was thinking of choosing an online WEDDING DRESS I don't know, but I liked the look of the dress in the picture, sleek, lacy, fitted with a row of buttons that ran the length of the spine to below waist line, elegant sleeves that came below the elbow....a bargain at £126 from an amazing £647 - A-Line/Princess Scoop Neckline Sweep/Brush Train Tulle Wedding Dress With Applique#PON15PO126. I remember thinking it will arrive in a box with tissue...what a fool I was to think that. I was too quick altogether I chose a size 14 as that is my usual size.
1) You have to pay the import fee to receive your 'package'. co.uk means nothing, they are from China. Beware.
2) Item is crammed and squashed into a pint sized plastic bag then sealed in a standard DHL plastic cover, smaller than a cushion, not even same size as a pillow. NO tags NO labels. Crushed and creased and marked in 3 places on skirt.
3) Dress was a parody of the original photograph with 16 buttons short of the original design. Sleeves barely reach the elbow. They are not interested to know it in no way matches the picture for this design.
4) My friend is a size 6 and could not get in the dress
5)There is NO WAY a dress in tacky nylon and polyester could POSSIBLY have ever cost £600
I was very disappointed. I realised that their size 14 was a size 6 so I was stuck with something that just, JUST mind you, fitted the large teddy bear my boyfriend bought me and would show a photo if I could. IF tempted to buy something here, make sure you order 5 times your size and then go on a strict diet or you will be bitterly upset. And don't mind the cheap-looking nylon or the fact it will be a surprise and bear absolutely no resemblance to what you saw advertised. If that suits you for your 'Special Day' go right ahead, otherwise STAY AWAY. For 'Your Joy - Our Joy' read - 'Your disaster (at losing everything) Our Joy (at taking your money and ripping you off'

I bought a dress on her for a debs/prom last year, and I have to say I absolutely loved it, fitting was amazing and so was the dress exactly like the one in the picture, looking at the picture on the page I was skeptical about it so I text them and they sent me other pictures of the dress and information on it! I don’t know why people are giving bad reviews

Bought a dress in Size 14. It arrived in good time and well packaged. However was more like a size 10, way too small with a defect. Contacted them to return (for a bigger size) as I loved the dress. Was told NO, the dress was made to order and a return/exchange/refund were not an option.

Furious ! Didn’t realise they are in China and I had to pay Import Duty on top of the £90 I had already forked out for.

Shoddy, rude, incompetent liars. Stay clear !

Have ordered a wedding dress four weeks ago they took the money from my account just a few days later but I have not received the dress or any correspondence from the company at all.
Can't comment on the clothes but the service is awful

I bought a dress for my sons wedding. It wasn’t fit for purpose. The hand sewn hem was all bunched together and not straight. The back was significantly shorter than the front and the zip at the back wasn’t straight. I asked if I could send the dress back and have a full refund to be able to purchase another dress elsewhere and was offered a 10% refund, which didn’t even cover the delivery charge. Appalling!!!

My sister bought a dress from this website, and after that she saw the trustpilot rating, and immediately she started crying for the "SCAM" information shown here. We texted them asking for a cancellation and a full refund of both the delivery and the dress and they did it without asking questions and we received the money two days afterwards. So, I don't know if its servie is as bad as claimed, at least they did a proper refund.

Dress came too big from China they don’t want to refund it even that in their policy states no more then inch bigger my is over two inches bigger and I can fit two pillows!!!
Dress gas’s horrible finishe flowers are not attached and one sleeve is longer then another!!!!

Absolutely hideous company to deal with. I ordered a number of dresses as I had an important event to attend.to be on the safe side I ordered a bigger size.firstly I received an invoice prior to arrival for import tax - which I had not expected. Then the goods turned up in the worst packaging imaginable a bin bag I think is close to the mark. The dresses themselves are of extremely poor quality and simply do not fit. I am trying to arrange to return items for a full refund and am just being told I cannot!

A total rip off and scandalous behaviour it is actually criminal

Absolutely shocking company, got a dress paid 149 for it, the dress was far too small. No effort from the person emailing me to reply offer any refund. I repeatedly emailed them for weeks and no no reply. Going to trading standards about theis company.
I had to then fork out for another dress for my graduation ball.
They wanted me to take pictures f myself with a tape measure round me and send pictures.
Very rude emails
Refused to give me a phone number to contact them personally.
I am now stuck with a dress of poor quality and way too small. I also orders this dress in two sizes bigger as advised on the reviews.
Wouldn’t ever shop here again. They should be shut down.

Ordered a dress from here and after reading the reviews I was expecting the worst. However I had ordered two sizes up on the advice of other reviews and it came today and it's beautiful. They kept me updated by emails over the couple of weeks it took to arrive which was great.
Needs a couple of alterations (length and arms) but I don't mind as I expected this, I'm an 8 and I ordered a 12 and it just fits nicely. Beautifully made and better than I expected.

Don't buy from this company. Once you have parted with your money, it soon becomes clear that they will do everything possible to ensure that you can not return the dress, even if you comply with their returns policy. Really poor company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They take your order, make a dress however they want, send you it screwed up in a plastic bag which is then forced in to a DHL mail bag that’s 10x too small for the dress!
The dress I received was all misshaped, had off colour patches and has not been finished properly.
When contacted they asked for photos, then said that the photos did not prove anything.. after many emails backwards and forwards the sent me a 6% yes 6!!!! Refund.. which equivalent to £10.98!! Their emails and customer service is downright rude! This company should be shutdown! They are falsely advertising products then do not refund or allow returns.
Their website states that they accept returns of the dress size varies from the stated measurements on their website, however when your dress varies from them, they still don’t accept responsibility or returns! Their pictures on their websites are not genuine, they have screenshot dresses from other sites then get their chinese factories to make a dress that looks something similar! (Or not similar at all!!!)

I ordered a dress and when it came I tried it on and the zip broke! I thought this would not be a problem as it states in the returns policy. As long as you provide photos of the damaged products then s refund will be issued upon inspection.
I then received a very short email saying they would offer me no refund!
I then wrote again to explain how the zip had broke as there is a flaw in the track which caused the zip to come off.
They replied they would offer me 6% refund!
I said no I would like a full refund as this item was faulty.
They have told me they are not refunding me anything as they sent the dress out with the zip working.
The dress arrived on one day and by that evening ( 2 hrs later) I had sent them an emAil and photos of it being broken. Therefore there was no way I could of worn this dress.
All I want is to have a nice dress for my prom in June. Is that too much to ask
Customer service is non exsisting , so if you want to receive a good product and work with a good company THEN DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered a dress for my friend's wedding, I wanted to track the order online just so I would know if it was going to arrive on time, however their system said that there was no order placed. I was a bit worried, found all those bad reviews and emailed them immediately to ask for an update of my order, they replied after a few days. After 3 weeks of not getting any update about my order I had to email them again to ask them if they could confirm that they dispatched my order, all of a sudden that day they sent me a link to a very dodgy Chinese website that was supposed to give me all the delivery details. After a few days of checking the order, there was no update. I contacted DHL to tell me more details about my package, they said they didn't receive the parcel yet. So I had to email this company again to ask them when would they let DHL collect the package, if they were not going to do it, I wanted a refund. ALL OF A SUDDEN the following evening my order had an update that DHL finally collected the package. And I got a reply from this company the day after with no words just the screenshot of the order update -_- .. I was happy that I received the dress in the end, I have a feeling if I didn't ask them about my order so many times, I would be waiting for the dress even today I think. The colour of the dress is not what I picked but at least the size is alright so I don't mind. I won't be ordering from this company again though, it's like Ryanair, low fair - a lot of stress.
