Absolutely disgusting company!! Do not buy from here!!!
Bought bridesmaid dresses they won't refund me and show no care or general customer service skills.

Ordered a size 16 but gown was so tiny I couldn't get it over my legs. Not well made, had to pay extra import duties and badly packaged. Oh dear!

The dresses are so poorly made. My wedding dress arrived with a huge hole in the seam and I have tried to get in contact regarding a refund but no one is replying to me. They know exactly what they are doing by not sending a return slip like most legitimate companies do when you purchase something. They are impossible to get a hold of. On top of it looking cheap and nasty (completely different to the picture, incredibly false advertising) I had to pay £30 delivery and then before it would even get delivered I had a days notice saying I then had to pay a further £4.35 before the delivery carrier would deliver it to me. If anyone knows how to get in contact with them regarding refunds please help!

This has been without doubt the worse customer experience I have ever had. Dress sizing wrong ( I am a size UK 16 and it was actually more like a size12) and another item arrived faulty . They are refusing to refund the money and the communications I have had ( Chat and email) have been pointless. I have no idea why this company can continue to trade . If they were UK based I would take them to Trading Standards. Please do not order goods from them

I wish i can give them 0 star. Terrible quality. Cheap look and feel. Doesnt fit properly as well.

They made the dress very badly
Very bad at responding to direct problems with the dress. Never answered my questions on 3-4 occasions.they avoided the question.
Never wanted to give me money back. I'm still awaiting their response

I brought my wedding dress of this site and am very pleased with my dress. Yes I was very surprised to get a invoice from customs to say I had to pay a further £27. But it still made my wedding dress only £145. My dress is to long and so is being take up by a friend. But this is my fault by not reading it through properly. I can't wait to wear my dress

after reading all reviews i was honestly so scared and frightened as to what my prom dress would turn out like i had paid £30 for rush delivery and was promised to recieve my dress a week before my prom as i had paid extra money but the company had not paid the shipping company which is why i recieved my dress a day before prom only because i had to pay extra after paying £117 for the dress £30 for delivery then money ontop because the comapny refused to pay for it. my dress turned out okay but looked completley different to the picture but wasnt too bad how i was expecting it to be.

I wished I read these reviews before I made the mistake of ordering!
I ordered 2 bridesmaide dresses and one came with a missing belt and when contacted customer service was rude and didnt care about there mistake, constantly had to email these people and I'm still stuck with a dress that I now have to rectify myself!

Also after paying £45 shipping fees for the dresses to find out from DHL that my dresses are being held at customs because the company have underpaid and undervalued the order I'm now stuck with a £65 bill from DHL!!!!

The dress arrived and was far to small despite me using size guide. They will not give me return address or refund. Have a dress I can do nothing with. 😡 Do not order from them. Contact trading standards.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering . This site is a rip off company and I have just noticed that another customer had exactly the same problem as mine that this company has no idea of measurement and does not care about customers at all . They kept asking for photos and emailing . I shall make sure to teach them a lesson by putting an advert in news paper .

Ordering from this company has been the worst experience ever. And the courier company, DHL, is no better. Have ordered a dress, paid for shipping and duty and yet almost 2 months later have not received the product.

28th July and still waiting for the refund.

15th August and still awaiting refund. Just pointed out they have both the merchandise and the money.

I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses all came really nice dresses but one didn't fit it was too small even though I ordered sizes up the fittings are all wrong. I asked to just exchange they asked me to send a picture of the problem to be then told no you cant I am beyond fuming as I don't want to but I have to buy New dresses with little time left absolute joke they need to be band from trading and they need to start using there real names in emails as am sure no Chinese person is named Sally, Andrew or Sharon. Their must be someone who you can report them to I will be doing so.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!! Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. We rd owned daughter prom dress which in the photos on site looked amazing when reviewed was unreal disgraceful. Have emailed about 20 times yet they will not return my £125 offered £5 !!!!! They know they are doing wrong how they are still operating I do not know. Very very disapointing please do not buy.

I wish I read these reviews before buying a dress from this website. I understand no dress will look the same as the photos but the dress that arrived looked so bad, it was too big for me and just plain horrible.
And of course when I e-mailed customer services, I was told I have to understand that the photos and the real thing won't look the same but it has to at least resemble it right?
Do not buy from this website!!

The company will now not let me return the dress despite their returns policy specifying that I should be allowed to. This is entirely unacceptable and a waste of money for terrible manufacturing and customer service.

If you have any sense please avoid ordering anything from these people!!! I won't even be seen dead in the dress they sent me!! So badly tailored, I think they must have 5 year old children working there!!!
Customer service is beyond appaling, speaking to different person each time with same answer over and over!! they asked for pictures of my dress which I sent , only for them to come back and say "the dress looks fine" just take it to a local tailor for alterations!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!
Avoid them at any cost!!
