Please to anybody buying of this website do not make the same mistake I did I have just wasted €200 on a horrible dress of this company that I thought would be perfect.. The material was advertised as satin but it was not satin it was 100% polyester...the colour was not like the one seen in the picture and the size was incorrect do not buy of this company... I would give it 0 stars if I could 😷

This company is a scam company. Do not buy from this company at all costs. We bought my daughters prom dress from here and what turned up was a joke, albeit an expensive joke and lesson learnt. This company do not give refunds AT ALL, they can't as they are based in China! If you buy from these people only pay on a credit card if the value is over £100, then your card provider can do a charge back under Section 75 of the consumer protection act. This company needs to be closed down!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY
I am so disappointed about the quality, fit and finish of this dress!!

I have now been to a dress maker to try and fix the problems but it is going to cost a lot of money combined with what I have already paid for the dress this is not affordable.

My daughter is heartbroken as she had her heart set on this dress. I am now going to have to try borrow something for her to wear.

The dress is a size 8, but the waist is around 8 – 10cm too large for a standard size 8 body; to take this in to fit a size 8 waist size would cost you in the region of £50, as there is embroidery to unpick, three layers of skirt fabric to take in, then re-assemble the skirt & re-sew all embroidery. However, although this can be altered, it will affect the correct hang & balance of the side seams of the dress, as it will pull the side seams towards the back.

There is a large oily patch, approx. 7 – 8cm in diameter, over the chiffon skirt near the waistline, and other smaller splatters of oil over the skirt. This is almost certainly sewing machine oil and highly unlikely to be removed successfully. Unfortunately it’s clearly visible.

The dress bodice bra cup on the right side is clearly visible, as the embroidery design has not been sewn onto the net bodice accurately enough to cover it. This problem is not rectifiable, as the embroidery should have been sewn on accurately & evenly at manufacture stage.

There are a number of long running threads on the underside of the net bodice, clearly visible through the net, which are the sewing threads to sew the sequins/beads on. This could be rectified by cutting the threads where visible and re-sewing all sequins/beads where affected, to hold them secure. I estimate this would cost in the region of £25.

Terrible company, ordered a dress from them custom size only to receive it about 6cm out, incomplete from the bottom (tulle not seamed) and slightly damaged! According to their policy I am due a refund but their incompetent customer service offered me 5% refund to keep the dress(cost £108 plus transport £23) and that is all! And now after 20 emails or so they keep repeating the same two lines and the emails are from different people who keep repeating the sane thing.

Keep away from this company, it is just a scam to get your money, quality and customer service are absolutely terrible

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I think they are probably scammers, now seeing all these bad reveiws which i wish i had seen before i had bought from them. I had bought a dress which was still a lot of money for me, £107 and about £35 postage which i thought was a little odd. Took 3 wks to come and when it did, it looked nothing like it did on picture it was very unflattering very heavy conpletely different shape, colour, the neckline was messy with some lace bits up amd some down and the back was completely different, it was also very uncomfortable and as for the cutting on the layers on the skirt a MESS!!!! I think my 5yr old could do a neater job. Ive contacted them they tryed tp ignore my comments at first and then said that it was made to my measurements which was rubbish as its down as dress sizes so i just ordered a size 10 so hadly custom made they never mentioned all the pictures i send of terrible work . They have offered me 5% money back of my dress said i could keep it and save sending it back as it may get lost and there would be high tax or some absolute rubbish, they were pushy for me to except and said that's the best they can do, which i did not except amd said i was taking it to trading standards which i will be taking it further. Im out of pocket left 2 months till wedding with another dress to find and this mess to sort out. Dont buy as once they got your money nothing is going to make them give you it back after way ive been treated and reading all the other reviews on here. Gutted !!!! And will take this as a lesson.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. They keep your money send bad quality dresses weeks after taking the money. Be aware they are not liable. They have no phone number or address and emails come from all different names. It is a SCAM. No Refund!!!! Thieves and liars

If i could give 0 stars i would before you buy from this site you need to read the reviews. We didnt and have now lost £90 .My wife bought a dress from these conmen who are so called from uk they ask for your sizes and then send out the nearest thing they can get their hands on. The dress we received was 10 inches too long and made from really cheap nasty material . It was shipped from China with a value of 11 dollars and was sent to France then onto the uk .when my wife complained they have not been intouch and no way of getting our money back and the best quote yet from them if you send it back to us " it might get lost in the post !" Absolutely scammed is the words i would use so buyer beware! Be very Aware!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERDRESS website please. I bought my sister's wedding dress on line on their website. Ordered size 14 but they sent a size 12. The dress had the worst finish with the hem not done. The bottom was just rippped and uneven. Thread hanging from the design. I have tried to ask for a refund but they are not responding to my emails. At first they asked for pictures. I sent a video and since then they are ignoring my emails. Left me £203.86 out of pocket and in tears.
Can someone advise what I can do to get my money refunded

Disgusting / take your money- send a dress that is much longer than you ordered and they don't want to know - can't get it taken up as would lose lace edge and also they should put there mistake right / please don't even go there / they will rip you off!!

Dress ordered several weeks ago!!! Order not received there was no indication on site when ordered that the dress was made to order. Just ordered a size 12!!! Tried to contact them on website no reply to emails. Under impression that this was a UK company but when I entered my details ie order no, email address they asked me to enter Zip address. They have a uk address on website so why are they asking for zip not postcode? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY., IT'S A SCAM. £200 DOWN. Frequent pop ups àppear on screen.

This company isn't worth one star.
I ordered a dress in February I Still haven't received it. Customer service is a joke. I've emailed them over & over but just get short very rude replys.

I've told them I want a refund and all they reply with is wait!!!

We was a little worried about ordering my daughter's prom dress from reading the reviews. But delivery was 5 days earlier,it was custom made to her size and is absolutely perfect we couldn't be more pleased. We will defiantly be ordering again and would recommend it to friends and family. Thankyou ☺💖💖

Do not get a dress from this site they will rip u off .The dress u get only afterafter you pay custom to release it will wrong colour wrong size in different places they will not give a refund they said if you send it back it MIGHT get lost .

I ordered a dress from these people that never arrived. After just under 2 months and over 60 emails to Herdress, I finally received a refund, but I was determined not to give in.
Their customer service is dreadful, they have no idea how to run a business or how to speak to people. I was lucky if the replies to my emails were longer than 6 words.
The parcel finally turned up in a battered state about a week after I received the refund, and what was supposed to have been a beautiful dress for the most important day of my life, was a piece of rag with sleeves and a bit of cheap diamante stuck to it, that wasn't even fit to clean my car with (and that is the polite version)!!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...THE PHOTOS OF THE DRESSES ON THE WEBSITE ARE BEAUTIFUL, BUT THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS ARE BEYOND AWFUL. THIS 'BUSINESS' SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE.

We ordered 2 dresses from this site really hoping for a great experience... We were very dissatisfied with the whole process and how herdress decided to handle it with not helping with the situation at all.

Please NEVER ORDER anything from this website. It is not a UK based company as per the CO.UK website suggests. I paid £82 for a bridesmaids dress plus an additional £27.00 for fast production / delivery.
The dress arrived and is nothing like the pictures. It's of poor quality material and would look better as a fancy dress up outfit.
I've complained and asked for a refund several times, each time fobbed off with a poor excuse. I've asked for a manager's details - these have never been given. Even the shipping details showed that the dress was only a declared value of $11.12 - approx £6.00!
They have now stopped responding to my emails. Trading standards have been informed and i'm also informing customs regarding the customs mis-representation
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

UNACCEPTABLE

I bought a 'Stunning' dress off this website and paid £150 for it. it arrived and the quality was shocking. it has been made in a couple hours with no attention to detail. there are bit hanging off, the waistband is tacked on and the colour is nothing like the picture. i instantly went on to the website to email them. i got a reply very quickly and they asked for pictures of proof. well, that was nearly 2 months ago and 36 emails later and i still have not got my money back and they have now blocked my email. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Total scam -Reported fraudsters to National Trading Standards and Visa.
Wasted at least a day dealing with the rubbish.
