I bought my wedding g dress from this company as it looked very similar to a dress I had tried on in the shop and at £250 reduced from £1000 I thought I'll give it a try as I did not think it was a Chinese company at all the dress arrived two weeks late and when it did arrive it was in a tiny grey bag I thought noway is that my dress opened it and it was squeezed into the bag inside out and which I looked at it when it was on longer inside out I though what the hell it was covered in black and red thread I thought ok maybe I can pick that off when I looked closer I realised it was not like the dress in the pic and it had lots of faults

And much more I contacted customer service straight away and they said sorry for this please send pic so I sent the 27 picture of their fault and they replied could I take it to a local shop to have it altered?? I said no way was THEIR mistake they then said sorry you can keep the dress and offered 8% refund I said no way they then said please understand we loose alto in refunds with material etc and cannot resell the dress I said this is not my fault they then offered 10% I said I am entitled to a full refund as stated on your website and I sent the pictures of there website they then offered 12% the customer service is completely shocking even after the threat of court action and trading standards they still only offered 12% and said I would have to pay high taxes to refubd and even had the check to say it would probably get lost on return and the I would get no refund at all I asked for managers contact number and they refused and said the manager does not deal with these issues basically the place is a scan luckily I found out I should get my money back as paid by credit card PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY I wish I knew about this website before I ordered

Not even 1 star! Absolutely disgusting service! My parents ordered my wedding dress for me on this awful website.. I ordered a standard size 10. It came in a decent time (I'll give them that). When I opened it, the dress was nothing like the picture and the size was way too small, certainly not a size 10 and certainly not the dress I ordered! When I emailed the company, they told me to 'accept the error and keep the dress with a 5% refund' what an insult! Two weeks later and still no refund from them. I have been to trading standard and they say I am well within my rights for a FULL REFUND! but being as this website is based in China!.. (Which I did not know!) there is noway of getting my parents money back. I feel so sorry for them and everyone who have been caught out by this!

Amazing!!!! I was very sceptical after reading bad reviews but dress is way beyond expectation
It took 3 weeks to arrive and I was kept updated throughout
I did have to go 2 sizes above my usual high street size but make sure you read the measurements page as completely different for normal shops

They are disgusting they sent my wedding dress out all damaged with black ink and threads, I returned it to them straight away hoping to get a replacement in time for my wedding, they just sent me unreasonable and rude emails everyday, DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY

Ordered a dress from herdress which is a trading name of easecom limited. Dress arrived 2 weeks late despite paying extra for express delivery. Returned but no refund given and refusing to refund. Filed a claim in small claims court and they have still not refunded. Baileifs are instructed. Avoid this company like the plague

I have been trying to vet in touch so that I can exchange my lovely dress for a bigger size but there had been no response. What company does that?

The dress doesn't fit at all.
Very expensive for a poorly confectioned dress, which is nothing but a very bad joke.
The website should be shut down and so should be the company.

DO NOT BUY. Ordered a dress in size 16. A 12 eventually came and it was rubbish. Wrong length too, they say that's for us to alter??!! And size, I should have read their small print! I've asked them if they use a different inch in Hong Kong?! Still in contact but they are con merchants as they use s U.K.com to make you feel trust but them take a month to send you wrong size. Feel I am lucky to have got some material the way they are communicating with me now. After all it's my fault! Classic customer relations.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from this website. When I received my dress, it was made 7cm to big around the bust and didn't even lay flat against my chest. The sleeves were different to the photo, and were excessively baggy and was made a good 2 to 3 inches too long. When I look at the bottom of the dress, you can see that someone used scissors to cut jagged lines on the lace. The slit is on the wrong side of the dress and they emailed saying that they were only going to offer me a 5% refund. It is appalling! They won't even offer to pay postage to get it altered by saying that I would have to pay taxes. They are a UK website, so why would that need to happen anyway? I think it is because they are just buying cheaply made dresses from other countries an pretending that it is custom made. No way was mine made with the measurements I provided them with. If I am not offered a full refund, I will sue them. Not the prom experience you wanted.

Oh my god I wish I saw this a month ago, ordered my bridesmaid dresses, they didn't come. The correct paper work was not sent with them and they didn't clear customs, and apparently the dresses have been destroyed. After contacting "Sandra" its my fault and will not get any money back. I paid 240 euro for these dresses and my wedding is three months away. I now have to buy new ones. Devastated to say the least. An absolute SCAM.

Discusting service , dress made measure Ye right did not fit at top ,bits hanging off and not even same dress at back as ordered , offered me £6 for alterations , when they're costing £57 , to have done right , an got a message with 🤔 On when I said I was taking it further , please do not buy from them shocking

Devastated have bought my daughters prom dress from here after reading the reviews on their website, its gaudy, falling to pieces, doesn't fit and they are refusing to refund! Iv spent over £100 but was on my debit card, gutting isn't the word!

Shocking experience! So upset waste of my money! I ordered 3 dress all off them so bad! The company is lairs and fake!! All I can say is Please please please do not order from them!!
I deal with Sandra by email she is not helpful at all she want return back 6% plus I have to pay DHL £80 which they had Uk website but they lie omg! Nothing is good about them!!!

thank god for charge back, after getting no were with refund from company i ask the bank to do a charge back and they agreed thank god now i have my money back.

Appalling company. Received prom dress which did not fit anywhere. Contacted company to arrange to return it and get a refund. Complete refusal. Offered 6 per cent discount which they increased to 8 per cent. Complete sharks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am contacting TRADING STANDARDS. PLESSE CAN

Absolute and utter crap. £28 delivery which included your so called dress being screwed up inside out in a tiny polythene bag. Next step, try it on!!! Absolute joke unless your bust is 2 inches below the top of your shoulders. Despite paying £123 inc p&p for this bit of tat I have today been invoiced for £42.81 from TNT for import tax. I honestly thought that I was buying a dress from a UK website, but oh no, it went half the way around the world. Still battling for my money back but PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HER DRESS. Ordered a lovely looking prom dress for £90 plus shipping,received something that is only fit for the bonfire from China.
Absolute tat...primark woudnt stock it...

The good news is, after a fair bit of hassle,the credit card company grabbed the whole amount back from these crooks.
I now can have the satisfaction of burning it.

Please do NOT order from This company I just wish I had of read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered three bridesmaid dresses for my wedding, the dresses arrived with no sizing on them or no tags to indicate they were new dresses. The dresses were ment to be UK sizes but they were clearly not as they fitted none of my bridesmaids. I emailed them looking to return the dresses for bigger sizes and they refused and said they could only offer me an 8% refund, an absolute disgrace of a company who doesn't want to work with you at all just take your money. AWFUL!!!!!!
