would never even give them 1 star but you have to! absolutely disgusting the dress what the hell s that all about. However i am going to make sure this crap website is shutdown they should not be allowed to trade this is fraud. YOU MUST NOT BUY ANYTHING OF HERE YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. anyway they will get what is coming to them the dresses don't even look like the pictures they are also not a UK based website they are actually trading from Singapore or somewhere like that

This company is just awful!! made to measure dresses are just a myth. we ordered made to measure dresses which do not even come any where near what we requested. It states clearly on their return policy that we are entitled to a full refund which was declined and was only offered 6%. 6%??? this wont even cover the costs of getting them fixed, these dresses were so badly made and so ill fitting that I doubt they are even recoverable!! and guess what.. they are now choosing to ignore emails. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional and who go against their terms and conditions

I ordered 4 made to measure dresses and they have all come in the wrong sizing. The quality of all 4 dresses are shocking and when I have complained and asked for a refund was only offered 6%. They do not take you seriously and what the website offers is faulse. They are unable to make made to measure dresses and they must have dress makers working for them that do not have a clue. I have been dealing with Sandra who has not been understand at all.

Dress arrived in packaging intact but when taken out of bag the dress had a dye stain the size of my hand on breast area very disappointed when informing them they refused saying that could I ignore the little mistake and they would give me 5% off my next order ( like that's going to happen ) going down bank as next move as insured on my card

I ordered a lovely delicate dress for my daughter's wedding,
when it came it's awful and I mean awful, delicate there is nothing delicate
about it, IT WEIGHS A TON!!!...it's the worse thing I have every every seen in my life!!...and the trouble I have had with this awful company is
disgusting, they want me to send pictures of this dress (if that's what you
can call it) how can a picture show the weight of a dress!!...I am taking this matter further, Please do not order anything from this place it's awful, and
customer service well just send pictures that's all you will get!!!!!

I stupidly bought before I looked on trust pilot. UK company...don't make me laugh. The dressed are made in Singapore...you will find that when you get your tracking and a bill from customs. The dress I bought is actually a Sherri Hill dress. The picture they used is stollen from them...the same model...identical. At least my daughters dress turned up the right colour and actually not badly made with good material. How ever....there are pen marks on the bodice. The bodice is covered in beads but the beads have not been tied of and are falling off. Having read reviews there is no point in contacting them so I am re doing the beads myself. I don't normally buy online unless I can use pay pal but wanting to make my daughters prom perfect..also on her 16th birthday I bought it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. NEVER BUY FROM ANYWHERE UNLESS YOU CAN USE PAYPAL AND BE PROTECTED.

my fiance bough a wedding dress for our wedding came was crap did not fit her at all rubbish material not as advertised . had her in tears . losing over £100 . scam !!

How I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before parting with over £100 to this bunch! The dress simply didn't fit anywhere and Herdress have refused to take any responsibility for their shoddy workmanship. I have exchanged countless emails to no avail.
Do not be fooled by their website. The items are not as advertised, their customer service is worse than useless in sorting out problems and you will be left with nothing but an expensive sour taste.

Do not buy a dress from this site there cheap and poorly made copy's of the picture you think your buying!! They come from china and they refuse to give you a refund and think it's ok to offer you a 5% refund if all else fails wouldn't even give it 1 star!! I'm fuming!

I really don't want to give this company one star but was the only way I could write this review because I don't want anyone else getting ripped off like me.I wish I had seen the reviews about this company before I was ripped off. The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture on the website. It was cheap nylon the dress wasn't even straight and had a piece of dirty net curtain at the top with some cheap embellishments sewn on. As I told them when I requested a refund I was told it was checked before sent to me obviously the person checking it was blind the company are refusing to give me a refund.

I wish i had read all the comments before purchasing my dress. The site being .co.uk I thought I was buying from a British company. It is not the colour I ordere, so badly made that I cannot wear it. They offered 5% refound, then 8% telling me that if I returned the dress it would get lost and I would not get any money back.
If they have a UK website I suppose they have to follow our regulations

The Dresses are rubbish. Cheap crappy material made abroad in Singapore by Child labour. You will be ripped off by these people. They advertise as Herdress UK. They will charge you for your items and then add £50 / £100 to your bill without you knowing and tell you it's for importing the goods from Asia. Keep well away from this company!!!!!!!.

Shouldn't even get a star my daughters prom dress looked as if a toddler had put it together wouldn't give me a refund offered to give me £5 back on a dress that cost £125.00 I paid postage with them then got a text of the delivery company saying I had to pay delivery changes on a dress I had already paid postage with. Don't waste your time there completely crap dresses they hadn't finished putting dress together the stitching hadn't been finished the hooks for the shoulder weren't even straight and lose with big gaps

The dress we recieved was a different colour and looks like it was made by a 5 year old which it probably was...it was nothing like what was ordered...different material,different colour,shocking quality.
When complaint raised with them with photographic evidence they say the dress is fine.
Should not be trading...you have been warned.Zero points.

Can't believe this company is still trading, horrendous dresses that bear no resemblence to the pictures on their site do not buy from them at all, they will never refund your money for the atrocious goods you receive. sadly not all overseas dress suppliers are the same but these people give them a bad name and should be taken down

Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Ordered a wedding dress for my mum, as we couldn't find anything about it online we went by all the 'excellent reviews' on the page. Paid the £30 delivery on top of the dress. Recieved the dress a few weeks later, after being told it had gone for a 'quality check' & im so shocked to what we recieved! Massive chunk missing from the top design, terrible stitching & half of the beading & lace is just hanging off. Ofc we recieved it in a plastic bag! After emailing the company & sending photos of it they fobbed me off & clearly weren't interested. Went through a dispute with my bank who told me to send it back - however they didn't send me a return address! 2 weeks later I recieved a letter from TNT with an invoice for £28! By now I want to burn the dress. No one is interested in the problem. It's a waste of money & they should be closed down!

First they didn't even have the colour of the dress in the picture as shown on the website. They then rushed my order and when the dress and jacket came, the colour wasn't what I had chosen as a replacement, it was too big and the sleeve of the jacket hadn't even been opened! The stitching was terrible and they left a pin in the dress! Sent an email regarding the above as well as pictures and had asked for a refund or exchange. I had referred them to their returns policy and said the dress fits all of the categories for a return, yet they insisted on only giving 5% 'compensation'. Absolute rip off. I demanded a returns label and a full refund but they said their highest offer is 5%!! Absolutely terrible customer service, complete rip off. Wouldn't suggest buying from here at all.

Stay away from this place, they send you a completely different dress and colour to what you ordered, when trying to get a refund all they say is you can go by what the model is wearing and not to expect the same colour?? We ordered a champagne colour dress for my 16 yr old and it arrived in Terracotta! When I complained I was told to take it to a local seamstress as they can guarantee that if I sent the dress back then they probably won't receive it and I'll be held responsible. Stay away from this awful place, I wold wish my worse enemy the service they offer!

I bought a wedding dress recently paid £108 for it and when it arrived it came 2 sizes smaller than I had asked for the lace trim was also faulty. They said it is not returnable for not fitting properly and that it is standard size yet in their on line descriptions it states all dresses are made to measure but this is also false as they are just standard sizes. very bad customer service I that they reply only occasionally and each time a different person. They have also decided to block my emails now in that when you send to services it just comes back undelivered very dodgy company in deed I have taken it to trading standards but its difficult with them not being UK based even though they advertises as herdress uk they are based in china stay away from this company at all costs as you will never get your money back from the faults that are theirs even though consumer law says they should
