Always happy to answer questions, sent on a 5min video of the vehicle on enquiry and additional photos at a later time.

Made the process nice and easy and had my questions answers and the car under me in less than a couple weeks. Fully valeted and a tank of petrol to top it off.

I have bought several cars (3 Opels & 1 Ford) from the north side shop…over the years, It was always a excellent experience.. now it’s ruined by this last deal..
I took delivery of a 231 corsa a week & half ago.. had no problem during purchase process, but that’s where it ends, on my journey home, at about 50km from the shop my tyre valve warning light came on.. as they have fitted 3 new cheap tyres prior to delivery, went to garage checked the pressure and was 220 on all four, as per my instructions on car door... I took the car to the Opel dealerservice in Navan and they reset the warning light, I work in the south side, and used the car 5 times either way on return distance of 125 km/day and the light warning light went on on every journey after about 100 km, the first thing the dealer asked was the tyres replaced, which I confirmed, that 3 was replaced with a different brand as the manufacturer fitted contenental, I have also flagged that with Sohail and he dismissed this, that’s it’s ok, which they said should be all the same..as well, the car is still under warranty, and said, hertz neeeds to fix, before it can come back for them to look back on the warrenty. I dealt with “Sohail” the sales person at hertz… and he refuse to take the car in to get it fix as he blatantly told me once the car leave the show room it’s my issue, I took delivery, unknowingly with that fault, it was not disclosed to me prior to me driving off the floor.. the light went on after 50 km from the shops, the valves are likely, damaged,Hertz (Sohail) did not want to take accountability.responsible on fault as one of hertz as he is their representative., .
He told me a manager will call me, three days later still waiting, there are no complaints channel but the showroom where you bought, he had no colleague helping to solve my problem, and Sohail’s efforts excuses is quite unexceptable, pathetic, as now they have my money and him in particular does not care..,, typical 2e hand mentality.. I spend a lot of money with no fault backup, if something go wrong.they will use the same tactic.. . quite frankly I will never go back to that showroom in N Circulars Road as I cannot trust their conduct.. what if something bigger happened, hertz and that shop will hang you up to dry with the cost, there is zero after sales support.. they don’t give a damn.. particularly “Sohail”
I urge all the readers if they go to that showroom in North curculiar never to deal with Sohail.. as he is only interested in the commission,, or if you ran into him at any other showroom floor…he promise to call back, but you have to chase him.. he will cause you heartache.. frustration..
Sohail’s dealing with this issue is non existent, appalling, it’s not solved, hertz has no intentions to solve this problem, I’m sitting with the cost.. as this has nothing to do with warrenty (changing tyres is outside warrenty) valves are damaged or faulty.. there is no after service, accountability from Sohail or Hertz Car Sales Devision Northside
no intervention from hertz company..
Stay Away from Hertz North Circular Road Dublin..

Recently dealt with Dan from Hertz Car sales in Blarney and would highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This is my second time dealing with them and I will definitely be back again in the future.

Dan in the Blarney show room went above and beyond to find a car that fitted the spec I was looking for, despite circumstances changing while I was looking for a car, he managed to find a car in Dublin for me.

Daniel was very helpful, taking his time to show me the options available. I'm very happy with the purchase and the friendly service from Daniel and the rest of the staff at Hertz.

Gerry was great to deal with and really pleased with our new vw . Very helpful and guided us through best car for our needs and went through a couple of diffrerent options. Very helpful and recoomend
