Derek and Gerry were extremely helpful when buying my new car from Hertz. From the time I contacted them to collecting the car was a first class service. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a car.

I bought my Insignia Elite from Hertz Car Sales. I enjoyed the sales person Gerry O'Dwyer. He was competent and relaxed, capable and answering all my questions. A great plus is, that I only dealt with one person form my first call till the final signing of the contract. Gerry rang me one week later and asked if the car is to my satisfaction. It certainly is.

Sean was the sales person I delt with and it was a pleasure dealing with him. After my experience buying my new car I would have no problem recommending Hertz car sales to friends and family.

Gerry and Sean from Glenageary branch were so great to deal with, they went above and beyond to help me to choose the right car for me and made sure I am aware of the new delivery that was coming in the next day. It was great dealing with Dan in the Limerick branch. He did as much as possible to get me a good deal with a great car. We came back to Hertz after we bought from them in 2021. And I know we'll return in a couple of years because of the options and service.

I purchased a Skoda Octavia Hybrid. I dealt with Gerry who was excellent and very helpful and accommodating as I couldn't view the car for over a week after I putbthe deposit down and couldn't collect it for a week after we agreed price etc. when I went to collect the car Gerry had all the paperwork ready. Car was ready to go fully charged and I was in and out with my new car. Cant say enough about my experience and also I must mention Sean who looked after me when Gerry wasn't available.

Now I'm a Hertz Gold member, I find that their service has just gotten a lot more useful for me, with the ability to get the car even faster. I do like getting the car information the night before, this was handy so I could give it to my hotel for my parking space, in advance. I use Hertz 3-5 times a year, and I feel like it's up there with as painless as it can be when it comes to car rental.
