This company steals money from my bank acount and after I talk with one of them they asked me to write a good review to return my mony back but they don't respond and they still stole my money till i stop my card, it not a company for kids it's a group of bank hikers to steal money from any one

I have no knowledge of how I'm supposed to have purchased a subscription from this company but apparently I did according to them. Wasn't aware until they took a reasonable amount of money from my bank account but by then it was too late. An absolute scam. Online chat cancelled my subscription but I cannot have a refund as stated in their terms and conditions, the ones I did not see in my imaginary purchase of the services. As I didn't make the purchase in the first place,how can I see the terms and conditions. Why would an elderly woman supposedly purchase a kids entertainment channel. I was in Cyprus a few weeks ago and don't know if my bank card was cloned and used for this purchase, considering this company is based in Cyprus. Could be a coincidence. Who knows

I accidentally bought into this site and wasn't sure what was happening when money came out of my account. I emailed them straight away and the service was first class. Harry sorted it right away, thankyou so much.

Good customer service

I don't even remember how I subscribed to this service. But unsubscribing turned into a real problem. Even after the subscription was supposedly canceled, I kept receiving emails with messages that could be interpreted in different ways—it was unclear whether the subscription was actually canceled and the charges would stop or if it was still active.

When I contacted customer support, asking them to cancel my subscription and delete my data from their system, I received a response saying they could help me, but only if I wrote positive reviews, gave high ratings, and thanked the support agent I was communicating with.

Zero ethics, aggressive marketing—stay away. I don’t even know what the product is since I never used it.

I received a notification that $48.62was deducted from my account for a subscription to hicartoontime without my knowledge or consent. I immediately went to the site and canceled the subscription.

Absolutely 💯% scam company, I have never signed up for anything from them but last week they took 8p from my bank,obviously just seeing 👀 if my stolen card details work and then on Sunday they tried to take 52€,fortunately my bank spotted it and phoned me on Sunday to ask if I had authorised the payment which I said I hadn't,my card was immediately cancelled and the payment declined
When I contacted the company they said that I had signed up with them which I definitely didn't, I asked a few questions like where are you based and was told Spain but on their website it says CYPRUS but I think they are in the US,So be very careful when using your ATM machines and clicking on link's

this company is doing online scams, stealing hard earned money, please be careful, think 20 times , when i was trying to buy train ticket, they add banner advert '' CONTINUE'' button , when you press this button, you will be scammed, and they refuse the refund

Fraudulent company. Basically needed a new passport photo so downloaded an app called photo ID. Took a photo and was then directed to another website to subscribe and pay £1 thinking I would get a passport photo. No idea why this was related to a passport photo so I contacted live chat to have this subscription cancelled which was informed it would be and no money would be collected. Couple of days later I get a notification from my bank they have tried to collect £39 from my account. Luckily I gave an account with no funds in it because I am aware of so many online scams to cover my back. I contacted live chat again questioning why they have tried taking payment. Was told by the advisor my account will be cancelled. Received an email saying there had been some changes made on my account . They will try taking the money again as it's the same email I had when I requested cancellation the first time. I'm waiting for my bank to tell me they tried taking payment again and it was rejected and then will raise fraud. I'm furious with these companies that think it's ok to disguise subscriptions. What a joke and headache. Why are people so desperate these days they feel the need to steal people's money. We are all trying to make a living especially in the hard times of cost of living I would never try and scam people for their money which looks like what this company is doing. Get a life and an honest job

I agree 100% with Anna Bergalls'assessment of this company and I quote" Thieves. Ok it was my fault to pay 1€ for an app but nowhere did it say that I would be charged between 30 and 40 euros a month - for what? . They've finally left me be but asked me to write a flattering review so I would be compensated. I didn't lose any money and would not compliment them anyway. Unlike other people are doing here." Except mine was from my Bank Account for £38.79 without any prior warning of payment due 3 days after "FREE" set up fee of 1 EURO (0.08.) Unsubscribed and Blocked by Bank
