Poor replacements
They were out of some product so they sent me replacements, but the replacements were cheaper and I was not refunded the difference. I was also sent a replacement that was not the same type- I ordered and wanted Indica and was given Sativa. I was given a free vape which was nice, but I also don't like vapes.

I would give 10 stars if u could. I went to check if it was confirmed on Mon after ordering on Thursday and it was already at my door. Also, they didn't have a flavor I ordered so they replaced the flavor with a different one and still gave me a free gift. Honestly, this is probably the best company I have ever ordered from.

Great customer service!
This company is great to there customers, I have had a few packages in which some of my items needed to be replaced and they always send a little something extra for any inconvenience. I love that kinda of customer service. I also had a package sent to the wrong address, and they replaced my order and got it sent to the right place. Wonderful company with unbearable prices!

Good quality
my sour diesel order was measured correctly and I do appreciate that. However the 4.2 snowcap tropic thunder order was short of .12 and I noticed that it was the exact same weight of the moisture baggie that came with the ziplock bag. I appreciate the service though, godspeed.

I only received one flavor I requested which you can tell was old. They replaced the order with random vapes. There was a hand writing note in the box. Stating they didn't have the flavor in stock. Next I’d appreciate if they reached out to me first.
