Customer service is on point
Customer service is on point. I had an issue with a vape in my original order. I believe it was a product defect and not the fault of this company. I contacted their team and they very quickly responded and shipped out a Vape of higher quality. This was my first order but I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Package came sooner than expected, items were intact and as advertised. As for the snow caps themselves they offer a good experience relative to the price. Not the most flavorful flower out there, but the distillate coating is the main attraction. The distillate falls off the bud easily, so take care while handling

Over 2 weeks to receive order
Over 2 weeks to receive order. Was not shipped during the time the website says. When it arrived it included items I did NOT order because they didn't have some of it. You don't just throw random items into someones order because you're out of stock! You contact the customer and see what they want to do OR cancel the order and tell them why so they can order something else. This isn't rocket science. I'm not paying for this garbage I can't even use. Refund me for the item you didn't have or send me something I can actually use. I don't smoke. Flower is useless to me and I don't use sativas. Everything in my order was obviously indica's. Why would you throw completely different items into it for a replacement?! You people are the worst and I won't be doing any business with you again. This is my 2nd order and the first one was equally screwed up. It took forever to get and some of the items were damaged.
