After ten good years selling garden furniture and accessories all over Kent's markets, signs were starting to show that markets were becoming a thing of the past. So in 1997 we hung up the market sheet and moved into a small warehouse in the seaside town Whitstable From there we have become the go-to place in Kent for high quality garden furniture at the best price. We've grown from strength to strength over the past 20+ years, expanding to bigger warehouses. creating our massive garden furniture super store and creating over 50 jobs throughout the years, all while maintaining a tight-knit family business. Our mission is simple, to hold ourselves to a very high standard. We want every customer to have the same great experience with us as the next one. We will always be on the end of the phone to answer any questions or problems before, during and after your order. We aim to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible and put smiles on faces. Always have, always will.

The showroom is well laid out and has plenty of excellent quality items to choose from. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative and not pushy. We strongly recommend Hills if you’re after any new garden furniture and/or accessories.

Great customer service
Unfortunately the table I ordered was broken in transport. Hills customer support responded very quickly and I received a replacement table next day after I had provided photo evidence.

The showroom at Whitstable is spacious and well laid out. The staff were friendly and informative but not pushy. Choices available were great and we soon found what we were after. Ordering was efficient and delivery great. Very professional and respectful of our property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for garden furniture. Will be back to add to our collection soon.

Halls did ok to start
Halls did ok, chairs and table were damaged. Halls compensated us for the damage but the touch up paint promised never arrived. I enquired about the whereabouts of the paint but message wasn’t returned.

Although delivery was delayed owing to very heavy snowfall over several days, my order arrived in perfect condition. It was left with a neighbour and an advisory note was left through my letterbox. High quality item and well worth the money.
