Fast delivery of item and in well wrapped condition.

Had what we wanted at a great price. Box arrived completely battered and it was obvious that it was this way before it had been given to the courier.

Was a Christmas present so hopefully nothing damaged.

Member of staff named Ollie was really helpful . I ordered desser conservatory furniture to which Ollie phoned order through with chosen fabric as I needed the furniture before Christmas ,so arranged delivery from desser as delivery was quicker. I now have the furniture which looks amazing ! Thank you for taking the time to sort my order so promptly, great customer service from Ollie .

The shop manager (I think he was the manager) was so kind and patient and helpful. He was happy to walk round the shop with me showing me items I might be interested in and helping me measure things and answering multiple questions.

Fantastic product and absolutely superb customer service by Ollie. I love buying local especially when it’s a family business and Ollie couldn’t have been more helpful - I looked at the table & chairs in the afternoon, sent a message via their website & got an answer immediately - my midday the following day, they were set up on my decking!
