So in 1997 we hung up the market sheet and moved into a small warehouse in the seaside town Whitstable From there we have become the go-to place in Kent for high quality garden furniture at the best price. We've grown from strength to strength over the past 20+ years, expanding to bigger warehouses. creating our massive garden furniture super store and creating over 50 jobs throughout the years, all while maintaining a tight-knit family business. Our mission is simple, to hold ourselves to a very high standard. We want every customer to have the same great experience with us as the next one. We will always be on the end of the phone to answer any questions or problems before, during and after your order. We aim to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible and put smiles on faces. Always have, always will.

Conservatory Furniture
I was quite concerned ordering conservatory furniture on line but everything was efficiently handled by Tim at HH & G Ltd in a very friendly and polite manner. The goods were delivered undamaged and on time by the contracted pallet company.

First Class Company to deal with
Cannot fault any aspect of the dealings we have had with Hills. The products are good, the staff is excellent and after sales service is all you could ask for. We will be looking at Hills first whenever we are buying any of the type of products they supply, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Wrong delivery day given.
The person I booked through made a mistake with days so I was expecting next day delivery and paid for this service but on enquiring it was the two days after booking. This situation was made worse by the fact I was on holiday so had to travel back to Bristol not one day but twice incurring time and petrol. We lost two days of our holiday waiting and travelling back and fourth. Yes it appears I was refunded the delivery cost but doesn't really compensate. I would have been happy with the pink matching side table as a gesture of good will but initially only offered the five pound next day delivery charge. Who ever made the delivery arrangements should maybe have a calendar to hand as getting his day mixed up not really good enough.

Excellent customer service
A good choice of cane furniture and exactly what we were looking for. The assistant was friendly and helpful but let us wander around at our leisure. We had updates on the progress of our purchase which arrived within the expected time frame. The delivery driver was also friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Both people in the showroom Tim and the other person gave excellent advise in helping us select the best product for our needs. They both couldn't of been more helpful. They both had in depth product knowledge. The delivery people were also good at their job on both occasions. Keep up the good work.

My new garden table
Well the table I bought I am really pleased with and looks great in my garden. Unfortunately it arrived with a couple of legs missing. I rang them about this. Now you get used to lots of companies making excuses about why they can’t sort things out. Hills was different firstly they were extremely pleasant about it and assured me they would sort it out. Two hours later they arrived at my door with the missing parts. I was so impressed. I definitely recommend them
