Well the table I bought I am really pleased with and looks great in my garden. Unfortunately it arrived with a couple of legs missing. I rang them about this. Now you get used to lots of companies making excuses about why they can’t sort things out. Hills was different firstly they were extremely pleasant about it and assured me they would sort it out. Two hours later they arrived at my door with the missing parts. I was so impressed. I definitely recommend them

Great product, at a good price, delivered exactly when wanted.

Staff were extremely helpful giving advice regarding the makeup of the furniture purchased, explaining that the upholstery was made to order and how long delivery would be. Plenty of choice regarding different designs to choose from. All in all, a good visit to the warehouse.

there was a fault on two of the cushions and I was worried about retuning them but there help and service i received was excellent. no problem getting them re[laced

From walking into the store to the delivery of our garden furniture was a smooth, professional & friendly service. We were given guidance, a tape measure when asked for and a chair was unpacked for us to try. Delivery was speedy, on a BH too. We would certainly recommend Hills to friends & family. And our garden furniture? Just what we wanted - perfect.

I am very pleased with my garden furniture. The sale was easy and the chap who helped with the sale was knowledgeable and friendly.
My only gripe is that there wasn’t a cover set available to buy for protection in the winter as they had ordered 10 units but only 5 sets of covers and had sold all 5 already. So I have to buy independent covers which may not fit as well as ones made for the set.

The man who come with our item was very professional and very nice would highly recommend using this company as they have been excellent both times I have bought from them. 😃

Really pleased with the set. Originally wished I’d brought a coloured set but now in situ I’m so happy. Have had evening dinner using the set and table is a good height. Easy to put together and appreciate the tool that came with the set to tighten bolts.

I have purchased many items from Hills with no concerns. They are very helpful and deliver on time and helpfull.

Was thinking of buying a dining set from another company online but it was the reviews of Hill's that swung it. Thrilled with the quality of the Solana set I ordered and the packaging and deliver was top notch. Can't fault the purchase and the experience with Hill's. Wish more companies wer like this.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us making a choice on new conservatory furniture. We were given a 6 -8 week delivery and it actually arrived on 3.

We were away the week after we purchased our garden furniture so hill's organised the delivery for the following week I had a text with the delivery window and another when they were 20 minutes away delivery men very helpful bringing it in the back gate
Assembly was fairly straightforward
There was an issue with one of the cushions for the stool but we took it back and was given a replacement overall great product and service
