The bag was delivered as promised and was collected within time specified.

Bag arrived promptly, was a great size and we fitted so much in and was then collected promptly. Can highly recommend.

we had bathroom installed by easy bathrooms hippo are contracted to collect waste in 3-5 working days they informed us it was being collected on Wednesday 27/05/26 (E9 7EX) despite checking they failed to collect and are now saying 5 days later lets hope they can even get this right they use words like Aim to do so no contract would ever say that customer service blame every thing but them self

Everything went quickly and exactly how advertised.

I have used Hippo bags many times now and every time has been great. The times I have met the driver has been friendly and chatty. Great.
I have had to contact customer service over a discount code previously and everything was sorted out quickly and professionally yet definitely with the personal touch of an understanding human.
I already have another bag already just waiting to be filled.

Excellent service and really solved the problem of potential damage to my resin bound drive that a normal metal skip would make. It's my go to service and solution - love it!!

Customer service agent at contact centre was unprofessional and rude.
Completely unnecessary and unacceptable given the amount of money a collection is.

Driver however was amazing, helped throughout, polite, considerate and generally a nice guy. Hopefully he comes to our next collection! However this will be my last collection with hippo.

It’s a very quick option if you suddenly decide to get rid of waste. Just pop out get a bag and fill it up no waiting for a sky. Clear to speak to person on the phone, so worked well for me

Fast, efficient no fuss

Paid for xx large man with a van. They quite happily took our money straight away and they never turned up! Left my 85 year old mother extremely upset as she had been waiting for them all day in 31 degree heat. When she tried to contact them they fobbed her off, they said they would confirm by text that they would collect first thing the next day. Well they haven't! They never turned up and fobbed her off again the next day when she rang them. She was in tears when she spoke to me. I live in New Zealand I chose this company so that I could help her and because they had positive reviews. If you want to keep your sanity then don't use this company.

Very efficient service. Collection was excellent and just a few days after I requested this online. I took the full six months to fill my Hippobag.
