Very impressed with these guys
Very impressed with these guys. We had a load of soil in our garden that needed shifting, it would have been about 20 runs to our local tip and we would have been charged each time.
Ordered the bag having found a good voucher code, the courier delivered it two days later.
We had all the soil in the bag 45 mins later as we we just had to move it to the bag at the front of our house.
Ordered collection and they took the full bag away 6 days later, no fuss, no messing about and no carrying heavy buckets of soil to the tip.
Spot on with the added bonus of the midi bag taking up little space on our drive.

I think hippo Bags are the best
I think hippo Bags are the best! Much more useful to me than a skip, amazing how much you can get in them. I've used Hippo at least 6 times over the past 5 years for gardening, household and furniture. Very easy to book collection and the last twice i didn't know they had collected as the pick up driver was so quiet and quick! Fantastic service every time, office staff very helpful. Excellent service, will be booking again as I'm moving house. Highly recommend. Thank you.

What a surprise, the driver asked me if i wanted to put anything else on, even though the bag was full. In a world where people are jobsworth and quote policies to you, it was refreshing to see hippowaste was actually really helpful to people. Offering and going the extra mile. Courteous, respectful, smiley. Wow what a service. Outstanding customer service. 11 out of 10 hippowaste! Its what service should be in this world, glad thier are organisations out there that put service above profit!

Nothing other than a con
Nothing other than a con. Drivers are obviously simple or lazy. Can’t even knock on a door or use the equipment they have been given training on. Customer service trained in diversion and deflection tactics. Use your local waste managements companies as they will not try and wrap you up in terms and conditions they will just do the job they have not been paid to do as you pay after completion. Unlike the these guys you pre pay. You will regret using them if you do!
