Great service, quick and straightforward collection - Thank you :)
Only issue was the requirements that specified that the hippo bag needed to be within 5 meters of road. The meant the hippo bag ended up blocking the entrance to our drive so we could not park on our drive.

Picked u a bag in B & Q, requested a collection on Hippo website on a Thursday and it was collected on the Monday morning- very impressed. I would have been waiting till the Monday for a skip to be delivered. Great service

Great service, delivered the bag on time, then collected the rubbish without a sound. We did not hear them when they came, and they left no mess.
The cost for all this is very reasonable, and when I need to move out more rubbish, I will use Hippowaste again. A really deserved 5 stars.

Slow and disorganised
Hippo took money for a collection but hadn't sent me a bag. I contacted them and asked for a bag, rebooting the collection. I was told the bag would be delivered the next day, but it it didn't arrive. When it did come I arranged the collection but was not given a date for that, waiting 5 days. It was all too slow and disorganised.

Warning to other customers around using…
Warning to other customers around using HIPPO for a project. They don’t provide any pick up or drop off estimates or collection dates.
We lost a day on labour in our project because the skip was dropped off at the very end of the first day of our hire. We’re also 3 days out of our hire period now with no skip collection.
Our driveway is blocked by the skip and it’s causing delays in our project. Still nothing from HIPPO.
Makes a mockery of paying to hire the skip for a set number of days if they’ll leave it with you anyway…

Used service before and love it.
I love this company, they pick up your rubbish to save you time from packing up your car and going to the dump, I have limited mobility, so just filling a "Mega bag" with items from garden and household, The Company recycle items for you. Hippo driver was helpful too. My neighbours came outside to see what was going on, they were very interested to how simple the process of ordering bag and collection of your rubbish, I didn't think it was expensive and you have 6 months to sort out ready for collection. I ordered the collection over the Easter holidays and within 4 days, they arrived. Fantastic. 10 out of 10.
