I also order in 2/2020 and have tried several times to contact them and nothing. This really burns me up. I’ll never buy anything unless it’s local!

I ordered my stuff back in March and still never received my stuff. I ordered this item back in February and they actually charged me for 2 of them, I contacted them about it and they responded with no refunds given. Since then I have made numerous attempts to contact them about my purchase and now I am not receiving any fees back from them! Complete scam!!!

So this is a total scam! Do not order!!! I placed my order in February for two units which I never received! The company responded to my complaint but never forwarded my units. After that no response and no delivery still and it is now June! I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and I will report them as a fraudulent operating company !

Hipsline are fraudsters
I placed my order on 1st February, before Covid-19 and was charged for 2 items instead of l, when I contacted hipsline CS they informed that l cannot get a refund as they don't give refunds on sale items, 4 months on l have to them on numerous occasions re update on when l will l receive my order, they were very evasive and would not answer my question, l sent an email yesterday still have to heard a thing. Just Google the company to see if the have gone bust, my suspensions were by all the reviews l have read, this is a fraud, fortunately l paid by credit and will pursue getting a refund when Barclaycard decide to answer their calls. I found Hispline on Instagram don't buy anything from this company they are scammers and l believe they have operating u under a different name so beware.

I received a response from hipsline after reporting failure to receive the product or a refund. The response was sent April 30, 2020, it is now June 3, 2020 and I have yet to receive the so called refund. Horrible business practice, full of lies. Do not believe the sad story, during this pandemic many of us have ordered items repeatedly online and may have experienced slight delays but receive our purchases. The logistics industry is in full force and actually over loaded with deliveries. I will not accept Hipsline excuse about being effected. They set out to Con unassuming customers, that trusted in the fact that the exchange of goods would be upheld in a successful business transaction. Karma is real and what you have done to your customers will indeed return to you!

They need to be reported to the BBB and Federal agency for scamming people for their money and not providing the product.

I ordered from hipsline in March and I have not received anything yet. When I try to track my order it looks like the website was taken down. I tried to email them and I get an automatic reply saying the shipping is delayed because of COVID-19. I do not suggest purchasing from them.
Don't buy from this company
I ordered in February, as yet I haven't received my item. I have emailed a few times and I get an automated reply saying they will deliver, but are experiencing delays because of covid19. I tried to go on the website to email again today, but it looks like the website has been taken down.
