I hate thatI have to rate them!!! In order to write my review I gave a one star!
I NEVER RECIEVED MY ITEMS. They were purchased in April 2020 and its currently one wk away from JULY 2020.
Hard working single mom and you think its okay to take my money!!!

I ordered my stuff back in March and still never received my stuff. On top of that I accidentally added something on to my order I didnt want and I tried to contact them about it and received no feedback. I just looked today to see where we were at with my stuff and I came to find that they shut down their site. Its a total scam and I wish I could get my money back...

You know they are a scam when they close their site down I reported them to the better business bureau

Ordered in four months ago and still not received

I ordered this item back in February and they actually charged me for 2 of them, I contacted them about it and they responded with no refunds given. Since then I have made numerous attempts to contact them about my purchase and now I am not receiving any fees back from them! Complete scam!!!

This is a scam. I ordered in April and still not package. Also they are not responding to my emails. I will be reporting them.

So this is a total scam! Do not order!!! I placed my order in February for two units which I never received! The company responded to my complaint but never forwarded my units. After that no response and no delivery still and it is now June! I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and I will report them as a fraudulent operating company !

I am still waiting for my product and I have emailed customer service twice without getting any answer.

again i would rate this so called company negative stars but thats not an option! i ordered MONTHS ago and always got the run around, then on april 24th after i posted 3 other reviews i was told that they went bankrupt and to expect a refund within 2-3 days.. haha well its now JUNE 12, 2020 and still nothing no refund no communication NOTHING !! i had the law gets the best of you for stealing everyones money !!!!!!!!

I'm still waiting for my product or money since January
What a shame, because they sent me an email with a next stupid excuse. We are in June. Unbelievable!

Total scam. Ordered in early Feb and never received the product. Evasive and elusive responses when I asked for a status. Do not order from them.

I placed my order on 1st February, before Covid-19 and was charged for 2 items instead of l, when I contacted hipsline CS they informed that l cannot get a refund as they don't give refunds on sale items, 4 months on l have to them on numerous occasions re update on when l will l receive my order, they were very evasive and would not answer my question, l sent an email yesterday still have to heard a thing. Just Google the company to see if the have gone bust, my suspensions were by all the reviews l have read, this is a fraud, fortunately l paid by credit and will pursue getting a refund when Barclaycard decide to answer their calls. I found Hispline on Instagram don't buy anything from this company they are scammers and l believe they have operating u under a different name so beware.

I have placed order in the month of January. They deducted my money twice and converted it to 2 orders. Tired of writing mails to them . Website is also closed now. How can I get my money back?

I received a response from hipsline after reporting failure to receive the product or a refund. The response was sent April 30, 2020, it is now June 3, 2020 and I have yet to receive the so called refund. Horrible business practice, full of lies. Do not believe the sad story, during this pandemic many of us have ordered items repeatedly online and may have experienced slight delays but receive our purchases. The logistics industry is in full force and actually over loaded with deliveries. I will not accept Hipsline excuse about being effected. They set out to Con unassuming customers, that trusted in the fact that the exchange of goods would be upheld in a successful business transaction. Karma is real and what you have done to your customers will indeed return to you!

They are a scam!!!!!
Placed my order in March before the country was shut down for cov-19. I have emailed them numerous times and they don’t respond. I also requested a full refund and no one is replying.
They need to be reported to the BBB and Federal agency for scamming people for their money and not providing the product.

I ordered from Hipsline in February and haven’t got anything . They are not answering my e-mails , I have wrote them 3 e-mails about refund ,but haven’t got anything . Scammers

I ordered from hipsline in March and I have not received anything yet. When I try to track my order it looks like the website was taken down. I tried to email them and I get an automatic reply saying the shipping is delayed because of COVID-19. I do not suggest purchasing from them.

I ordered in February, as yet I haven't received my item. I have emailed a few times and I get an automated reply saying they will deliver, but are experiencing delays because of covid19. I tried to go on the website to email again today, but it looks like the website has been taken down.
Do not buy from them, complete scam.
