Its been 3 and half months since I ordered that was on Febuary 14,2020.until now i dont get my order.
I want my money back in full amount of $108.75 Canadian dollar as this company basically SCAMMED CUSTOMER like me.
Me,and my friends very dissapointed with this company we order using my card so we are now decided to get our money back as soon as possible.

Con artists

I would give them a no stars if I'll could . I ordered over 4 months lost out 2 orders. Kept giving me the run around. No I dont here from them at all. The uh took advantage of people at the lowest time.

Horrible service!

I purchased from this website back in February before the pandemic. Never received the item or an email stating that I wouldn’t. I am still waiting for my refund. Emailed them previously.

Horrible company

Horrible company. I placed two orders on April 2nd and haven’t received anything. They never respond to my emails either. Don’t order from them. They are horrible for stealing people’s money during a stressful time like this

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have been writing emails with this company since February 2020. I just wanted some leggings. Never have I ever received such awful service or communication from an online company and I shop online a lot! They told me they sent my package to the wrong person, after weeks and ten emails later. Then I went to track my package and the order number said it didn’t exist. I kept emailing and this company basically just sent me automated responses promising me they would reply and get back to me and never did. Now their website is gone and I’ve tried emailing so many times and messaged on instagram and no one from this company has helped me get a refund. I just want my money back as this company basically scammed me. I want to talk to my bank to see if they can refund me as a protection against them for scamming and being fraudulent.

Though I never received my order

Though I never received my order, I did get a response after my first review and I did get reimbursed.
I'm only giving 4 stars because we shouldn't have to go through this much stress to get reimbursed. It did work out well in the end so thanks.

I’m sure this is a scam

I’m sure this is a scam. I ordered with them on 25 March and on 14 April I emailed them saying my order never showed up. It’s now 21st May and I still have nothing! I’ve asked for a full refund due to my order never showing up. When I go to track my order it says that my order doesn’t exist and when I try to find the website it doesn’t exist!

Not worth any stars

Not worth any stars, complete rip off. I've recived tracking number but never recived any items. After the first delivery date I only recived more and more excuses. After 3 months of waiting I have reported them to the police hopefully I will at least get my money. Do not buy its a scam!!!

SCAM!!

Placed an order in early April and received an e-mail with an order # saying it will ship soon. Nothing ever arrived and when I checked the website today, it is all gone!! SCAM!!
Do NOT purchase from them. Glad the order was only for $19.99 but I will be disputing with my bank anyway!

Update - got my refund!

Within 24 hours of posting this review i was contacted by the company and promised a refund. True to their word I recieved a full refund within 24 hours. Maybe they now realise how important customer service is to their business.

I ordered back in Feb and im usually quite wary of ordering things from fb but it seemed legit. It was supposed to arrive early March. I have contacted them twice and all i have gotten is a reply saying they will look into it ans resend the package if they cannot locate it. Still havent received it.

Placed an order 11th February this year…

Placed an order 11th February this year thought great recieved tracking number tracked parcel then from March parcel no longer on way cant track it and when you email them you just get a reply saying thank you for your response you will get a reply but no one does reply with a decent explanation. Because of the panedmic they cant refund me well in our rights we can. Never been so angry with myself thinking this was a geniune tradesman well will be reporting them to Trades Omsbudsman. Total Scam

I placed two orders with this company on February 20, 2020. I still have not received either of my orders and they refuse to issue a refund. Even though they said they would issue a refund if you respond to the email they provide when they tell you they aren't a scam and that your money will be refunded in 3- 6 days. But then they just send you a response with "refund can;'t be given due it being past the time allowed. Now if you clink on the link for their company, the company no longer exists!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

They don’t even deserve 1 star , stole people money

They don’t even deserve 1 star , these guys were a lie , they made soooooooooo much money, no one ever got any items , they charged my moms card 3 times , now the page doesn’t exist and neither does the Instagram , if some one knows a way to get the reported or something , I totally be down to push all legal matters through , not even to get money but just to do was is RIGHT !

Company not worth 1 Star

I only chose 1 star cause I had to, so I can write a review, this company deserves No Stars very unprofessional and lies after taking your money. Ordered product Feb 13 and still have not received my merchandise. I contacted them numerous times and they blaming on covid-19 but even with epidemic shouldn't take 3 months and counting. I ordered other things from other other merchants and yes was a small delay but I got my merchandise. I went to check today see if anything changes and cannot access the website now and tried using tracking link and it takes me to open my own online store. What is going on? With all the issues of today no one has money just to give you. Sad company overall
