Extremely bad company to deal with!

Extremely bad company to deal with, my order was placed in February! Still have not received it. One excuse led the another, and now they've stopped responding. They said they’ll look into it as I couldn’t track my order after it said it’s been delayed! Now I'm just trying to get refund, no luck yet. This company is a nightmare! Seems a common theme with this…

Seems a common theme with this business,poor communication. Ordered in early march emailed twice promised 21 day delivery now may 18th still no parcel yet purchased items overseas no issue recieving items. Update refund received none the less given the company found itself in financial trouble it should have immediately contact all those who purchased and advised their position and refunded funds instead of ignoring emails . I have to wonder if I'd not found this site which obviously helped get their attention would they have actually ever bothered....
Thanks for the refund but doesnt remove the fact you continued to allow ppl to still be able to purchase the product.

Order from February and nothing!!!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! I would of given no stars if it would allow me. I placed an order back in February 2-orders I received one but still needing the resistant bar for yoga. I paid $29.99 on the FB add but on my statement it showed a deduction of $29.99 but showing OVBNG. I have emailed this company several times and all I get are apologies. Then I received another email, I havnt received anything yet, as you can see below back in March!!! It’s May come on now!!!! How can they get away with this? Why hasn’t anyone stopped them? I didnt know they were from Switzerland? If an item is for sale there should be an address posted of where the product is being shipped from, also if they can take money they should ship the product or return the money they took!!! 3 MONTHS AND NOTHING!!!🤦🏽‍♀️😡 email from March says my items have been shipped lies, lies, lies!!!!

I received the message below of them supposedly in 3 day’s reimbursing me I’m still waiting. Of course I canceled my card and my bank sent me a new one because they charged me twice and that’s what I told them as a response to this message. How can someone take your money and not send the item you ordered, on top of everything going telling you we went bankrupt!!!!! Today’s date is 6/9/2020 from the date of their answer it’s been more than 3 days lies lies lies!!! Even if they don’t have the new card there are other ways of reimbursing me, PayPal, cash app, Zelle, and so on and so on!!!

SCAM!

As many have reported, this is a complete scam! I saw this product advertised on Facebook and everything looked legit (positive reviews in comments), only to be charged for the same product twice! I was only on the website for 5 minutes and two separate confirmation emails came an hour apart, and I was indeed charged by my Cc company twice. After many emails back and forth with them, I was met with appalling customer service trying to blame me and taking no responsibility. I did some digging on social media and then found hundreds of people with same experience, and the company clearly blocks negative real reviews on their social. Unsurprisingly, I never got my order (placed it 2 months ago), but I got my Cc company to refund me. If I try tracking my order now I can't because the page no longer exists, they clearly keep changing names to stay ahead of getting caught. Don't be surprised if they email you after reading your negative reviews saying they will refund you if you take your negative review down (others have reported this). Disgusting to profit off people fraudulently.

P.S.: I can see the company replying to reviews on here blaming the 'draconian' Covid measures for not being able to send order- y'all are LIARS. You have been doing this way pre Covid, the only thing Covid related to this is you are all profiting off people fraudulently during a global pandemic. If you look at their replies pre Covid lockdown, they reply saying they are not a scam but that 'orders are slow to process during these times'. They say they will refund you if the order is dispatched and not received...clever wording as clear these products never get dispatched!

If you want to submit a proper fraudulent report their business operating address is operating from Lausanne, Switzerland, found the below information via facebook:

'verbying SA is a limited company based in Lausanne, in the canton of Vaud, founded in 2019. Its identification number UID is CHE-248.720.861. It is active in "retail sale via mail order houses or via internet". Currently, the people holding decision-making roles are Vincent Zbären (President), Gilbert Tonyé (Member of the board of directors), and Jérémy Sciboz (Member of the board of directors).'

Recommend you all report them on actionfraud.police.uk.

Don't order. You will never receive it!!! SCAM

I ordered this in February. Never received. I've written the company 3 times and have never been refunded! Also, I received no response to my last 2 emails! At the time of order I didn't realize it was not a US product. COMPLETE rip off and scam! Order from the United States!!

SCAMMED

I ordered this back on January 31. 2020. They took payment and gave me a tracking number but never shipped my product. I repeatedly sent emails in March and April and I received excuses and my last email a week ago they never responded to. At first told me it shipped and would contact freight company. Then said if I didn't receive it they would reship it. Then another email said it hasn't shipped yet. So they basically stole my money and are SCAMMERS. Do not buy this product as they will screw you too..

Thanks for taking my money and giving me nothing in return

I understand we’re in a pandemic but if my order hasn’t come in, almost 3 months after the delivery was “in route” I think that I deserve a refund. Company policy is no refund after 24 hours but how dare they ask for us to be patient and understanding that Covid has delayed orders if they’re not being understanding that now with Covid some of us aren’t working and can’t afford to just have money missing for a product that we’ve never received. Funny how the company wants us to be accommodating to them and they’re not willing to break their refund policy and be accommodating to us who are living through the same exact pandemic. I was looking on their website

I was looking on their website. Placed an item in the shopping cart and proceeded to the payment screen. After I gave my card info (stupid, I know🤦‍♀️), I backed out of the cart. Even though I never confirmed and order, I was charged not only for what was in the cart but an additional $49.98 plus multiple international transaction fees. Just like the rest of the reviews, multiple emails attempted with no resolution and the phone number tied to the transaction isnt in service. Now I'm stuck with $80+ out of my pocket and no items recieved to even try and return. Beyond angry

NEVER got my delivery, was charged for 2

I ordered ONE item from them in January, was billed TWO and it's May and I have NOT received ANYTHING! First they blamed it on a mistake in the order, then they don't make refunds and now they say it has to do with late deliveries from China. B.S!!! It does NOT take 5 MONTHS to deliver stuff from China.

Do not buy from!!!

Ordered my item on the 26/02/20, have had to chase for updates, had one response initially but nothing since and still not received my order (19640). I have emailed requesting a refund, the website and insta pages are now not available!! My tracking link does not work and has not since receiving.

I will be reporting to Instagram too, this looks like it was a con. Will not buy from social media pages again. Disgusting behaviour from this company!

I ordered on February 17th 2020 was assured fast shipping to Brooklyn NY with guaranteed arrival February 26 which then became March 3rd then March 9th 2020 to Nothing after numerous emails and assurances that I WOULD NOT RECEIVE A REFUND (to which I found to be honestly disrespectful to the customer at best). I fell upon NUMEROUS complaints of fraudulent charges and claims of a scam from this company and was weirdly relieved I wasn't an anomaly.
