Ordered back in February and not…

Ordered back in February and not recieved item. Scammed me twice really as I automatically got put through to a link where you purchased the same item again without knowing until you checked your bank! Emailed them numerous times and they even denied being a scam company! Now cannot get anywhere with them as website closed and cannot email anymore. Defo wont be getting my items or a refund now!

SCAM. COMPANY IS A RIPOFF!! 🤬

Honestly I wish I could rate them with negative stars. My order was placed on January 29th. I received a confirmation email and tracking number. They actually kept responding initially, just saying that my item hadn't shipped yet but they "promised that I would receive it." Then they changed their company name to Shaniah Casias. It read as "coming soon" on my original emails. They continued contact with me untill the end of March or early April (I'm not exactly sure, I would have to check my email history). I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ordered from them. At least someone told you guys that they went bankrupt and we're working on refunds. I guess I won't be receiving the product or a refund, as now no one returns my emails at all! I hope everyone on here reports this fraud of a company to the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and any other social media platforms as you can! Look how many people got scammed by them!! Absolutely ridiculous!! 🤬

Hipsline body sculpt - never received

I ordered the hips line body sculpt on 9 March, and never received my product and the webpage to track is not even showing.
The delay is not due to covid as i am getting all my other post and parcels in a timely manner after ordering.

SCAM

Wish I had done some research! Never got my order. There is no contact info to try and even file a complaint or get a refund! How are these people able to scam customers like this. I was charged 3 times for and order I have never received!!

Refund Received for Leggings

I had ordered a pair of leggings on April 1. By mistake, I ended up ordering two pairs, because this website's process does not have a 'Review' screen before confirming the order. I waited for my order for a month, and after posting a negative review online, I was told the company was bankrupt, and that they would issue a refund.
After daily emails to customer support to ask for that refund, my account was credited today.
I lost $5 in the exchange rate, so that was the 'cost' of getting my money back. I will also be extra careful in ordering items from unknown companies, especially now, when we're all so vulnerable.
I am giving them 4 Stars because they did issue the refund, on the same day that they said they would.
I hope their future business is successful, but I won't be ordering from them, unfortunately.

Awful

Awful ! Purchased items over two months ago and still haven’t received . I emailed the support page and they said it was shipped late due to the Coronavirus! Still nothing.! SO PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY i ordered items in February and nothing. I. A previous review was informed that o would be getting a refund if i emailed them. So i emailed about the product abd was having no luck, i emailed about getting a refund. Was told that I would get a refund and was sent a email stating that my order was canceled.
So now i haven't received items, i haven't received a refund and all i have is a cancelation of the order. Nobody is replying to the emails. So they have upgraded from scammers to theifs. They make empty promises with items that dont exist, they change their policies to their convince, poor customer service.... The list goes on and on. And now to this post i won't get a reply and if i do it will be please contact us at this email, which will be a fake email used only for a temporary time. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of them unless u want to support scammers, theifs and want a headache.

Email the support team for refund of items not received.

I ordered 2 products in March but never received them. I was very annoyed as the website is now gone but i found their support email address and emailed on 8th May and received a reply straight away. The refund was in my account today (11 May) While i am disappointed i did not receive the products and had to chase for a refund, once i did get through to them they were very efficient. This is tough times for businesses so maybe we just need to be more understanding

Scammers!!

I placed an order on the 7th of February of two orders, one of which was a duplicate due to bad internet connection. To this date, despite emailing them on the 8th of February and on several more occasions I still haven’t received the two items I purchased (order n.211395HL and n.211394HL.

Orders were places before Covid pandemic and I chased them so many times. This is the most disgusting unprofessional company ever. I want my money back now of $59.98 which came out of my bank account on the 8th of February! It is a disgrace stealing money like that to people and never sent what you were offering.

I will take this further if a resolution which is overdue is not resolved.
