I wish I read the reviews about this company …

I guess due to COVID-19, either my order is delayed or was never shipped. It has been 2mo and I still haven't received my order. I emailed Hipsline regarding my order status and told them that tracking details wasn't available anymore. I requested my money back. But they kept giving me running around. After writing my review on TrustPilot website, got their attention. Finally they have refunded my money. I am very thankful for that.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I rate the whole experience with a star because there is no option to give NONE!
I placed my order on the 9th of February. It has been 3 months and I have not received my parcel yet. I have exchanged emails for the first 2 months, until they started ignoring me for the month of April. The lack of support has been huge from the beginning, since I will receive a new email every time with a different opinion, where nothing would be explained to me and with the same copy and paste end. At the end, I never knew where my package was, I never received my order or a refund and the whole experience is just awful. I have never experienced anything that horrid before. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!
Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They are scam!!!!

Placed my order on the 15th of March 2020 which had a tracking number. On the 17th of April 2020 still had not received my order. So I emailed max got this response;

Do not order from this company!!!

I only gave 1 star because I had to do something to be able to write a review! This is a total scam! I ordered couple months ago. Still do not have my product. Emails aren't being answered anymore asking where my order is. Couple emails ago I asked for a refund and cancel order they told me no they couldn't do that and since have not answered any emails!! The tracking tab doesn't link you anywhere to even check on order anymore!

5/18/2020 Still no refund after they told me they would 2/3 biz days!!!

5/23/20 still nothing. I got an email after last review stating my money had been refunded. To watch my bank acct for it. NOTHING! Then also was asked in email to change my review. Ummmm NO! This scam of a company!!

EDIT:
I have actually had a refund now, bar £2 which I’m assuming is just exchange rate so I’m not complaining about that.
Glad to have it back. Email the refunds email they mention and hopefully you all get yours back too
