Same story here, ordered back in February, charged twice (although I did get a refund for the 2nd)
Still awaiting arrival of my product, emailed a number of times, no reply!!
After reading all the reviews on here, and seeing their response, I emailed the refund email, but still nothing.
ABSOLUTE SHAM!!!!

I ordered 2 in February they sent me an email stating that my order was sent somewhere else and I haven’t heard or seen my product.
I am taking this to my bank. Very unprofessional 😡😡

stay away from this POS..said I could get my refund, But you cant sign into the site they provided. Thieves all.. Please stay away and do everything you can to let other consumers know about this company..I'm posting on every site I can think of.

Im so dessapont, I never got my products and I want my money back. I will report this terrible company to police. This is so bad , look a crime.

I was able to make a dispute with my bank and got my money back.
This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I ordered at beginning of March.. never received an answer from them about my product and tracking is down... I asked over a month ago to be refunded, never refunded and email completely ignored... going to dispute with my bank so they can go after them..

So I left a review on 21st May, to recieve a response the following day, asking to email hipsline for a refund and you informed me that a refund would be issued within 2-3 days. I have still not heard anything, and I guess I probably won't. I've had such a poor service, whenever I do email, you always send a standard response and never actually answer the question being asked.

You have to question, why so many customers are being charged twice and then not recieving their order placed.

I ordered last January 31, 2020 and until now I haven't received any of my purchase. I ordered 1 item and was charged for 3 items. 😡😡😡 Now their site cannot be accessed. This company is a BIG SCAM. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I placed an order back in Feb 2020 and still have not received item, I have emailed numerous times asking for my money back with no response!!! To make matters worse they charged me for two instead of one items costing $100 nz in total! This site is a complete scam do not buy anything from these scam artists!! NOT HAPPY

I placed an order 1st Feb..got charged for 2!! Still no delivery and told cant get refund as sale prices!!! I have emailed till im blue in the face!
Total and utter scammers!! Its so wrong..I have asked for money back but now they dont reply to my emails...

I placed an order for 1 Hipsline. I was charged for 2. I never received my products or a refund. 217084HL and 217077HL are my order numbers. My order was placed on 2/21/20. I work 2 jobs to support myself and I get ripped off!!! I have emailed until I am blue in the face. This company needs to be brought down.

Placed an order back in February. Order not received. No e - mail stating issue’s with delivery due to pandemic. They took my money for two off the same items. I’ve e - mailed no response. Do not trust them they are a scam. Not sure the posts where people are claiming to have received refunds is true as I requested my money back and Did not received a response. They should be investigated and what they are doing is dishonest.

If you want this product, go to amazon. There are a lot of trusted sellers on there selling the same thing for a reasonable price.

I have just received my refund from Hipsline - YaY they followed through with their agreement to do this after my review posted on Trustpilot

This company is definitely scam...I ordered my product in February and have not received anything uptil till now..i have been asking for reimbursement for a while now...but get a reply that they will send the product...don't buy anything from them

This company is a sham. I have sent numerous emails to the customer refund email that was provided by them on this site and have received no response let alone my refund.
DON'T BUY!

order product, full charge when through my credit card..NOTHING RECEIVED, NO communication back on email inquiries sent. Site no longer accessible. i want my refund..no excuses. giving a 1 star is more than what the company deserves.

ZERO stars!! Ordered and charged my card in full, will not refund the money and I never got the product. Fu@king scam artists! Fu@K you Hipsline. Rot in hell
