Super efficient, great service, highly recommended

Easy pickup and drop off. No issues, great vehicle, got the job done

Too many people to talk to. Staff making decisions that they are not authorized to make and not responsible for. Call center not prepared to deal with SERIOUS truck break downs. Branch manager not really managing anything. They think because Hireace pays a roadside assistance, they are not responsible anymore. They leave the client dealing with serious break downs. I waited for the assistance to come for more almost two hours. There are no procedures in place to deal with how to finalise the rental if a truck had to be towed (which was the case). I took photographs and called Hireace to ask how I should proceed. Call center said the branch would call in 15 minutes because they were with "a client" (as if I am not a client). There has been almost 2 hours now and no call. They just lost a client and I DO NOT recommend Hireace. I hope they pay the bond back.

Fantastic experience at the Tauranga branch. Staff was top notch, the truck was clean, tidy and did a great job. Nothing to complain about at all.

It was great value for money, very easy to book and we were talked through everything to do with the hiring process thoroughly.

Everything was straoght forward and easy going from staff to using the truck etc.

Great place to hire a removal truck i would definately use again.

Great people and easy to arrange a hire.

Hired a Furniture trailer and when we picked it up, it was literally full of animal fecal matters.
Used to cart animal by the last customer. Told by workers that they can't do anything about it for an hour because of low staffing. Then emailed their team and was basically told "sorry, too bad" otherwise good experience 👍

I booked a van for 2hrs this is the 4th time I have used Hireace mainly for long trips but this time just for 2 hrs. The guys were amazing again as usual, they had the van all ready for us ready to go as I had done this online which was so easy and then I got a follow up call after I had booked online to advise everything was confirmed and ready to go for pick up the next day, plus I used the midweek special which brought the cost down. The guys and the company are so professional I would use Hireace everytime when needed. Please dont leave the Panmure/Mt Wellington area as we do not have anyone like these guys in the area.

Great service. Thorough service and making sure the vehicle is safe and they check everything. Also noting that the truck I hired I understood the t & c’s, they took pics of the truck before I received the keys. No trouble whatsoever.

Easy systems and good communications made this an easy hire.
I really appreciated the 1:1 to better understand the quirks of the vehicle. Having the tail lift made the house shift much easier.

Service was fast and efficient. Staff were understanding and friendly.

Ordered online, major bonus was the insurance package. Pick up and dropoff was simple and straightforward and staff very helpful.

Trust pilot service was fabulous, and so helpful, hire of equipment top notch.

Booking was smooth, staff so helpful. Recommend hiring from this service to our family and friends.

The customer service was great, Russ was very pleasant even though I was a bit grumpy at having to park a fair way up the road ( my one niggle is that I wasn’t advised there was no parking on site or close to pick up ) . The process was explained very well including insurance options.
