Easy to go without any hassles!
They have lots of model and different size trucks to choose even we are walk in customers. The truck that we rented was great and very reliable with a reasonable price. It's tidy and in good mechanical condition. The staffs are freliendly and helpful.

Good hire and friendly staff
Good hire and friendly staff. Katti and Adarsh put safety first by hooking up trailer and ensuring all lights working correctly. Pick up and drop off was hassle free and trailer was clean when picked up. Will definitely use Hireace again.

Great customer experience!
Hirace stood out for me with their customer service and great communication. Staff members were super friendly and knowledgeable. Communication via email was consistent and appropriate throughout the process. Very impressed and will definitely recommend and use for future projects.

Outstanding Service
I was very impressed with the welcoming and friendly staff at the Te Aro depot.
Great communication and responsive to a late change I required to my booking.
The rates are very competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending HireAce for their outstanding service.

Hireace are awesome to deal with, they treat you like a customer, not a number, they recognise your individual needs, make recommendations accordingly and are actually happy to help in giving you the time of day to explain the process plus they show gratitude where they see you the customer, showing care and respect for their vehicle's and staff
I highly recommend just paying the extra dollars for the platinum insurance, it's not only your peace of mind but it's Hireace's too, and like I said they appreciate it

Everything was straight forward easy to follow and understanding just the entrance to Henderson branch have to go to the end to turn around but no biggie and maybe the person at reception promoting other deals or or stuff yous had to offer like GPS, carseats etc other than that it's a cheap affordable rental campany.
