Very professional company. Always there to help.
I have used HireBrid for over a year and have always had fairly quick responses when needed. Like with most organisations, there are benefits and drawback. When requesting assistance for my own personal reasons, they have been very understanding and provided me with various options to suit my own personal requirements. They may not be the cheapest in the market but they make up for it with their professionalism and customer service.
Would highly recommend to use HireBrid as they are flexible and cater to each individual when needed.

Very professional and friendly company
Very professional and friendly company.
I must say that they do go beyond the call of duty. I mean because of Corona virus I was unable to make few rental payment so instead of blocking my account and car they called me and politely discussed my current situation the came with a payment plan which I can afford. Basically they only charge insurance amount for the car and nothing for the company and the car as if the car is free.i do respect companies like HIREBRID who believe and still have moral values.
