Don't go to this guys if you want a full deposit back. Returned the car in a perfect condition (inspected) and my deposit was returned after 1 month almost half from 500. Since when plastic caps are named alloy and are refurbished?

As I see from your file you incurred damage to the alloys which were brand new when you took the car. You did not return the car in perfect condition therefore the price for the alloy refurbishment was taken from your deposit and the rest of the deposit returned. We are sorry you feel this way but that was the reason for this.
