Excellent customer service. Good range of hire companies to choose from. No upfront payment and no cancellation fees. All inclusive insurance packages also offered, a lot cheaper that the hire company deals. Would highly recommend them.

Recently booked a car and insurance with Hire cars in Spain. Though I could second guess the Government's thinking and got the dates wrong! Contacted Gordon and told him of my predicament, hoping that I wouldn't lose money on my prepaid insurance ( there's no deposit on the cars) He cancelled the car and gave me advice and phone link to the insurance. This is the only company I will use (I have been using for the last 5 years) as the communication with them is excellent - phone or email, their response to any queries and help is acknowledge and dealt with asap, excellent. Updates on offers, changes, advice and especially during the Coronavirus pandemic "lockdown" they have continually updated us with everything re car hire, closures etc. I have just booked and again the service is as always exceptional.

Probably the best car hire in Spain company in the UK. You ask for it, they will find you the cheapest hire car, best prices and great service. Since finding this company 2 years ago, I havent gone anywhere else.

This company is exceptional. They really have the personal touch that so few companies now have. They deal with reputable car hire firms and have influence with them.
More recently, during the lockdown in Spain, I had significant problems returning a car. Martin contacted the car firm, Centauro, who allowed me to keep the car longer on a very reasonable daily rate and allowed me to return the car to a different airport with no extra charge.
