Very happy with the service I received when I rang and spoke with Laney in the first telephone call and was recommended to Ben Rooney who gave advice regarding my remortgage.
I am a CIS contractor so a little different from being self employed / employed. But this was not a problem as Ben knew which lenders would accept and who didn’t.
I have since recommended other people to them and will continue to do so.

We cannot recommend Steve & Elaine R enough! Their knowledge and guidance around all things mortgage related is second to none. Any questions we had they answered them quickly and always explained everything to us. Steve and Elaine helped us with a mortgage on our first property and have just recently helped us remortgage and we honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us. There’s no one else we would trust when it comes to mortgages!!

Nick has provided excellent help and advice to me regarding my mortgage needs
He is very knowledgeable and friendly, providing an excellent service, finding me a suitable/affordable mortgage.

I've just done a remortgage on a BTL and purchasing a new property, so used HL Consulting for 2 mortgages. My mortgage advisor was Alex Williams who was enthusiastic, informative and professional throughout. If i could give more than 5* i would. HL Consulting have made our dreams a reality. They helped us get the home of a lifetime as first time buyers. It was a difficult task for them as we hit a few speed bumps along the way. (quite a few actually) but never the less Daryl and Rachel were optimistic and somewhat determined to help get us a mortgage. Daryl and Rachel were fantastic all the way from beginning to end.
