Like many people in the local area I have used this Company over many years. The standard of workmanship is good and the prices fair representing value. However, they seem to have lost the plot when managing the workflow hence my award of 3 stars. I took my car in expecting a turnaround of 2 days maximum. I received no feedback until the late afternoon when the cutoff for ordering parts for that day had passed. Then I was told the parts would not arrive for 2 more days possibly necessitating them keeping the car over the weekend. Then I received a call the following day saying everything had been fixed! Appreciate being 'kept in the loop' and given 'a worse case scenario ' but I would have hoped they could plan their work better, as they used to do.

I was recently recommended to H&L Motors by a friend and have asked them to do two separate jobs within 2 months. The service level was the same on both occasions, staff are friendly but organised and I have had no resulting issues. I am not seeking further problems but would not hesitate to use H & L again.

What an experience! I was involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault and felt so nervous/ anxious about what to do and where to go.
My client had mentioned a a company/ Garage years ago that he was so unbelievably happy with so thought I’d ask for the details.
WELL it didn’t disappoint, from the reception team to even just driving into the front yard / reception itself , staff wave smile and say hello .what an incredible team they are at H+L they make you feel so cared for and valued.Damon the service manager over saw my repair and was beyond helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process and can’t thank him enough .
I can see why H+L were recommended to me and will most definitely be doing the same for others from now on , I’d give 10 stars if were possible THANKYOU

Been a customer for maaaaany years. Never disappointed. Can even think of an issue or questions that were not dealt with proactively, promptly and satisfactorily, anyway none were major. And most were probably my fault.

Fabulous customer service from the team at HL Motors and a brilliant job done . I was sent to HL Motors to get two alloy wheel covers repaired as part of my car insurance policy. I was treated with the utmost courtesy throughout the process - and the wheels look fabulous now ( as though they were straight out of the showroom . I would definitely recommend this team and the quality of the work they do to anyone / everyone . Thanks team
