I requested a price quote via the website’s, “request a price” link. Within several minutes I received a prompt reply from Mary Lee. After an introduction and nice greeting from Mary Lee, she proceeded to ask me a couple of pertinent questions in order to provide me an accurate quote. Within several minutes after that, Mary Lee provided me with a quote for the products I inquired. Mary Lee was very kind and prompt with her replies. The service provided by Mary Lee was a good experience and is what should be expected.
