A fantastic sales experience and test drive, I couldn't be happier with my first car! Massive thank you to Mike Newton for making the process incredibly stress-free and simple. I test drove the car and knew it was the one, and having brought from Hodson's before with my Mum's car we knew that we could trust the quality. The car was MOT'd, serviced, etc before I picked it up and filling out the paperwork was thorough and explained clearly. It's been a month and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Hodson's for quality cars and gold-star customer service.

Great response and action from Reece of the Maintenance Department
My car was due to have all Tyres replaced on the 20th June by Hodson's.
Due to a bad puncture on 4th June I needed the tyre replacement as soon as possible as I was going away on the 9th for a short time. I contacted Reece at Hodson's and he re-arranged the complete tyre change and alignment for the 5th June. Great service from a reliable company.

My wife and I are both retired and we have two FORD GALAXIES both bought new from HODSONS. We have service contracts for both vehicles. This not only spreads the cost of services but gives us a worthwhile discount and AA assistance as a bonus.
In addition when we had a couple of recent minor issues (faulty tyre pressure sensor and a piece of brick grit stuck in the front wheel causing a terrible racket) these were dealt with promptly as a service priority.

I count my blessings for being a HODSON FORD customer. At 83 years’ old I am probably more anxious about warning signs which mysteriously appear on the dashboard than any younger person. On reporting my concerns to Russell Harpin, he made immediate arrangements for me to attend the Maintenance Department. Result! The problem was resolved and I was home within the hour with peace of mind and no charge. Fabulous service. Thank you.

Prompt repair and collection and delivery of my vehicle

Great support from the team supporting getting our aircon back up and running again leak free.
Car was picked up and dropped off after being leak tested and regassed. Car was returned freshly washed too.

We used Hodson Ford for our old Kuga that unfortunately was written off. From our first meeting with Mike in Sales we felt comfortable straight away. My husband especially hates looking at cars.
We looked at a few Kugas and went back a few days later after arranging with Mike to test drive. Mike made everything so easy and no pressure. Went through everything in detail and with care.
We talked to Russ to arrange the Service plan as before. Picked the car up a few days later. So pleased with everything . Thanks Mike your a star and being a Wolves fan helped😄.

Sold a car with a broken wing mirror, had been taped together and oil lights that didn't work, air con needed completely replacing, had to return 4 times for jobs to be done on this car that apparently passed all checks with flying colours

Was offered to swap the car for anything else I could afford however will only give me 70% part exchange towards this piece of crap that they sold me as "a really good well checked car"

I bought a Ford Fiesta. The service and help was exceptional. I met two of the sales team who were helpful but not pushy. From test driving the car to buying it was a lovely experience. I would recommend this dealership.

Today we went in to enquire about a Ford we had seen on the website. We were greeted with excellent and honest customer service, it was clear to see the service advisor, Mike, knew the cars on sale well and was really clear with supporting and advising us to a car that met all our needs.
The cars were clean and well looked after, we test drove the car and fell in love with it. Excellent information regarding the warranty and extra options available to keep the car as perfect as it can be. Thank you for making the experience of buying a car stress free and exciting!

Had my van serviced & MOT'd, great service. Was kept updated via video which was excellent. Collected my vehicle from home and delivered back when work was completed.
