We had excellent service from all the sales staff Brian Smith who sold us the car and after sales service from Micheal who changed our number plates for us. Mark was always there to answer any questions we had. All the staff are friendly and helpful recommend them to anyone wanting to change their car.

purchased a brand new ford kuga from…
purchased a brand new ford kuga from hodson ford collected my new car, next day i noticed the foot release for the tail gate was not working, as this is on the spec for this model i phoned hodsons, told to take my car back so they could check it, found out it had never been fitted when the car was built, ford have given me £240 as a good will gestore what a joke con sidering how much the car cost, they have offerd to change the car but another car may have the same problem, or i can have my money back, it can take 3 to 9 months to get a new car so not feesable, all i wanted was the car to have the tail gate foot release fitted told it caunt be done now the car was built, so if you do purchase a new car from ford make sure you check that everything works on your car before you drive it away.
