Alex was so helpful with our booking , answering questions and sorting things out for us . it was so helpful to be able to chat and do bookings of an evening and also via messenger.
nothing was too much trouble .

What can I say, except having holiday 101 take the pressure of organising a holiday was a god send . I asked for a holiday in the sun in October for myself & my family, & they delivered, lovely hotel , beautiful weather , the holiday couldn’t have gone any smother . Thank you & I will be using holiday 101 again that for certain.

This is our first time cruising and Alex sorted out all the booking process and uploaded all our info, so when I logged into my cruise account it was all there. Alex gave us good advice regarding excursions and could also help with travel insurance if needed (we already have cover).
