BIG Family Holiday
Booked with Holiday Floridas for a BIG family holiday, there 14 of us and can't thank them enough to give us exactly the holiday we hoped for. Everything worked smoothly right from the point of enquiry, Trevor gave us so many options to choose from for the villa and it was quite difficult to make everyone happy considering we were four families travelling. The price was at least £2000 less than what we were getting from Virgin directly and that did make us a little anxious but Trevor gave us all the assurances we needed and helped us with all the questions we had. The payment plan was very flexible, we paid easily on their website and all the documentation followed promptly. And the villa was just PERFECT for us and flights, car hire and park tickets worked out really well too. Thank you Holiday Floridas for a dream holiday, we can't thank you enough for the wonderful service we were given. Will definitely book with you again.

Natalie's advice and patience was amazing!!!
Natalie was so helpful and supportive. We had sooooo many emails back and forth, she answered all my questions, gave me lots of options, each time I went back with another suggestion or query it was no trouble for her. Florida is such an overwhelming holiday to book as a first timer and she gave me so much guidance and reassurance which was so kind. The price, she worked with lots of different dates to get it work better for my family and the overall cost along with park tickets, is a really good fair price. I'm very happy with the experience so far. We are not due to go until Oct 2024, but cannot fault the service so far.

Been using since 2019
We have used Holiday Floridas since 2019. Kelly the agent we use is amazing, always goes the extra mile and is always available when I call. Prices are so much cheaper than elsewhere which in the current climate is much needed.
This is our third time using Holiday Floridas and certainly wouldn’t use anyone else.

I wouldn’t recommend booking with this holiday company.
The customer service and communication is not worth your money when booking your dream holidays.
We had booked for a family of 4 but a number of issues appeared shortly after we booked.
DOB and names spelt wrong on the initial booking confirmation and then no communication after this was raised. Also just to note for payment they don’t send invoices and payment reminders. Which again caused me worry and concern they were even a reputable company.
I finally spoke with two of the staff members and the way in which I was spoken to resulted in me taking action to cancel and I will loose my deposit paid. The dispute is still ongoing as the company have refused to cancel to date and after a complaint email was sent I’m still yet to receive and acknowledgment email and a response.
If you want peace of mind I’d say book with someone who understands your holiday needs. I’d suggest booking elsewhere and even paying that bit more. I’d read some reviews which seemed a great company to deal with but after booking that’s where it all went wrong.
Thanks for taking the time to read I just wouldn’t want anyone who’s anxious about spending a large amount of money on a holiday to be filled with doubts and hesitation like we were

Florida holiday for family of 10
Hard to say how good until the actual holiday comes. Seems ok although I am still waiting for information on whether the flight as sold to me (seats together for party of 10) has happened. Seems to be a delay on this info, as you can imagine for 10 of us it is important we get what we were advised. Fingers crossed we do and then I can do a better feedback for the holidayflorida team.

Great find.
Went on line to look for a holiday for 8 including Disney and universal tickets.
This site came up and I got speaking to a guy called Matt, he was really helpful and managed to get us a good deal. Matt has called us or emailed all along the way and has answered all questions and worries. He really knows his stuff. We don't actually go until October so I will write a more detailed review once we have holidayed.

I highly recommend Holiday Floridas
I highly recommend Holiday Floridas, especially if you have a larger party to accommodate.
My travel advisor was Kelly who was very helpful in finding the best deal for us.
After my original booking I made quite a few changes and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure all the changes were correct and that we happy with the outcome.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future holiday.
