Kelly is fantastic
Made our booking 18 months ago through Kelly we found she offered the best price for a family of 13. As 1st timers I had a million questions of which Kelly answered every time very quickly and efficiently we booked the whole package flights accommodation cars villa and park tickets the holiday itself went very smoothly no issues at all would not hesitate in recommending this company and would definitely use them again

Wonderful, fast and brilliant service! Will be booking again
We booked with holiday floridas back in march and i couldnt of asked for better service! Adam was wonderful throughout the whole process and made booking a special holiday a fast and easy one.
Our flight got cancelled just before we were meant to board and British Airways treated us horribly. Adam on the otherhand was on hand to help even with the time difference and sorted everything for us and managed to get us another flight. I will hopefully be booking again with you guys as you are all brilliant! Thank you very much

I have booked with Holiday Floridas…
I have booked with Holiday Floridas twice now. In 2019 and then again this year in 2023.
I can only describe them as FANTASTIC!
Both times I was quoted an unbeatable price. They were not just a little cheaper than anyone else. I mean massively cheaper!
I told them my budget, and Kelly (who is the loveliest) worked incredibly hard to meet it as tight as it was. The price I paid in 2019 was literally unbelievable!
I know it seems daunting booking with an unknown company, but Holidays Florida have been fantastic. I have already recommended them to other family members and friends who have also used them, and we have all had the most fantastic time. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Kelly dealt with both bookings for me and I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She’s a super star! ⭐️
She even managed to upgrade our flight this time so we could book our seats together FOC. She knew my autistic daughter couldn’t sit by herself and she did her upmost to make sure we were looked after and that we didn’t have anything to worry about.
I highly really recommend them to anyone thinking of booking a Florida holiday. You won’t regret it. Thank you Kelly and the HF team. I will certainly be back to book again in the future.

Booked with Chris and it has been very smooth sailing so far. All the paperwork has arrived in time for our trip this October and chris even managed to sort the seats for us which I was very nervous about. Can't wait for the kids to go on their first ever Disney holiday, it has been a very long time planning to get this dream holiday booked and Holidayfloridas couldn't have helped me more. I did pester them a bit for all the information but they handled it well, the team on their chat was quite helpful as well. Fingers crossed the holiday will be as perfect as the service I have received. It is literally so bad it’s honestly laughable😂
The customer service is non existent and you can email with a problem, be ignored for weeks, express that you may want to cancel due to bad customer service and you will be responded too asap with an apology begging you to stay😂
When trying to cancel they will demand more money and refuse to provide legal evidence of why you need to pay this. And then when you request further proof they will ignore your emails completely.
The staff of the phone are useless and refuse to help you and say they will call you back, which obviously they don’t😂 The communication is awful and you can tell they have no idea what they are doing😂
Just don’t do it PLEASE 😳
