Got left at the airport
The private transfer we chose through Holiday Florida left us at the airport with a six month old baby and an autistic child We picked our luggage up and was ushered through security went to get our transfer and it left without us After an hour of ringing around they confirmed they would not come back for us. We had to get an uber. At the hotel when we looked the company up they had a one star trustpilot rating.

Holiday Floridas arranged a road trip from Orlando to Key West for us arranging various stop offs on the way. They took care of everything and it was the best holiday we have ever had .!

A legit company got all the tickets…
A legit company got all the tickets etc, the Manager went above and beyond when I had issues. Sadly it took for a Manager to get involved to sort out prebooking seats. Prices were good and If you want a package deal id use.

After an issue the company especially chris have come through, thank you
I had issues at one point with this holiday as I felt I was being ignored on a point that was important to me. However I have spoke again with the rep who was dealing with my holiday, he is called chris and I have to say he has been a wonderful help despite my venting and hopefully all is resolved. It seems to be and that is due to chris. I'll update again when I return from holiday but so far very friendly very helpful and very professional.
