Can only comment on booking process
So far we’ve only booked the holiday so can’t comment on how smoothly flights and accommodation go, but the booking process was faultless. Sophia got a hundred and one questions directed at her and answered every single one of them. Very helpful and informative. Fingers crossed the entire experience follows suit

Low cost but stressful
I booked a family of 4 to orlando from Manchester and universal tickets the price was perfect and no other company could match or beat it. I booked through Adam who was very helpful. Fast forward to August 2024, 8 weeks before the holiday. I made contact with Adam and he assured me I'd have my document by August 13th. This day came and gone. I received a phone call from a manager (chris) who stated there had been a mixup with my DOB with Virgin and would I be happy changing flights to Aer Lingus. We didn't change and stuck to our original booking. We finally received the documents on the 2nd of September. The docs were duplicates, I had to email a further twice to get the correct documents and then I had to chase again for my transfer information (very stressful)
Conclusion: price is very good but the professionalism afterwards is very poor, added stress which is not needed especially when it's a huge holiday.

While we always aim to send documents well in advance—typically 8 weeks or even longer to give our customers plenty of time to prepare—situations like this, where third parties such as Virgin are involved, can sometimes lead to unexpected delays and complications. In this case, the mix-up with your date of birth created a longer-than-expected wait, which was clearly frustrating for you.
Once we became aware of the issue, we did everything we could to resolve it, and I’m glad we were eventually able to get you the correct documents, although we certainly acknowledge the stress this caused. We deeply regret that this affected your experience, especially for such an important family holiday.
We also understand how stressful it can be to chase multiple times for transfer information, and we’re sorry you had to go through that. This is not the standard we strive for, and your feedback helps us to make improvements.

Got to the airport and the tickets were in the wrong name took me 3 1/2 hours on the phone to an America airline nearly missed the flight and had to pay again to fly couldn’t get holidayfloridas on the phone disgusting then landed had to pay again for the rental car as that wasn’t paid for on the way back had the same again but only took me 1 1/2 hours this time will never use these ever again now there not answering my calls or emails also got a £78 charge for the phone calls to get the tickets I won’t waste your time

We have just returned from Orlando and…
We have just returned from Orlando and were really impressed with the deal from Holiday Floridas. There were 9 of us ranging in age from 3 to 65. e stayed in Disney's All Star Movies and Universal's Cabana Bay resort. Flights, hotels, transfers and park tickets were all included in a very, very, competitive price. Everything went like clockwork and we would have no worries about booking with this company again. Top marks to Sean and John who managed our booking.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, do not give these clowns your money!
They have taken £14,000 off my family and know that we are travelling due to my 3 year old daughter having cancer.
Once they have your money their customer service is non existent and you can’t get an answer to any of your questions, correct paperwork or mistakes made by them rectified. All calls go to an Indian call centre it’s just ridiculous.
Don’t bother as you will end up so stressed out and in tears like me. What was supposed to be something lovely for my poorly daughter has turned into a nightmare.
