Elsa Ramsamy, staff of The Holland Properties reacted promptly to my request for fixing the curtains and bed issues for my tenants. Also, they found new tenants quickly in order to minimize the void period resulting in protecting my rental income. Certainly, the timely rent payments have been proved to be a great step.

Trusting an organisation to manage a property is down to the quality of the people that they employ. Of the people that I can rely on to sort any issue with my rental at Holland Properties - I can safely say that when Elsa is involved it is sorted to the highest standard.

Holland Properties found me super tenants and facilitated flat renovations for me. In the past year I’ve had to chase paperwork on occasion but now that Elsa and Nancy are fully in charge and up to speed with everything I’ve experienced excellent service.

We are a contractor for Holland Properties and my dealings with them have always been brilliant. They are polite and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Lately I have been dealing with Elsa, who will always put herself out to go the extra mile and help us get the job done!

A window broke in November, almost a year later and they still have not fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did.

I am new to London and not familiar with things going on here. Vincenzo from Holland Properties helped me find a place to live in. Once I saw a satisfying property online, I called him on the phone. And then， he arranged a viewing that afternoon. A trust worthy man. Although I always have many questions to ask, he is always patient.

This was my first renting through Holland properties in UK after i moved from India. Initially i was struggled to find a property for letting. But one day i found Holland property in right move. When i sent request for viewing immediately i got a call from Anila from Holland properties thats it in 24 hours everything completed including rental agreement etc etc.. and moved in 10 days.. property was very clean and nice.. And after i moved I introduced property manager Elsa Ramsamy.. She is really helpful .. i have raised few concerns and shed actioned immediately..
