I have had 3-4 calls with Saxo team but felt Jacobo took time to understand.

Marta went out of the way to address my queries
Marta was polite and her tone was soft, she listened to queries carefully and acknowledged the points raised.
She kept patience and replied to my queries and offered to help on the spot and during the conversation she checked if I am on track and confirmed the completion of the queries raised.
Marta went out of the way and shared her work email address incase I need to follow up on my transaction.

Excellent support! I called to receive information regarding our situation as a family in the process of moving between countries.

Some of the interfaces could be more intuitive and the instructions clearer. However, once you've worked out how the systems work things work well.
Suggest get intelligent beginners to test the system and tell you where the system could be made more intuitive.
