I had trading account in Saxo Bank since 2018…
I had account in Saxo Bank since 2018 and the account was closed due to some missing contact details even though I updated all my information. I was stressed I lost my money but Mr Shivam on support was very helpful helping me out with the transfer. I would suggest that account shouldn't be closed and someone should explain what exactly the bank needs. Hence

A very trustworthy company that is constantly working on user-friendliness and introducing a lot of new developments, which makes the broker one of the most advanced and above all cheapest to use! I transferred $25k from my offshore…
I transferred $25k from my offshore account, after 7 working days the money wasn’t showing in my account. I chased Saxo bank and they confirmed it would not be accepted because it came from an offshore account (even though this is my registered account with them and I have used it multiple times). Nowhere in the terms and conditions does it state that I can’t transfer money from my Jersey account. In fact, Saxobank advertise that their customers can transfer from 17 different countries/currencies. I earn my salary in the UAE and transfer the money offshore for the protection of my family, banking in the UAE is governed under sharia law so if anything happened to me my bank account would be frozen and my wife wouldn’t have access. This is standard procedure done by hundreds of thousands of expats who work in the UAE. It is now 12 working days since I transferred my money to Saxo and I still not received the money back in my offshore account. I contacted them on the live chat and had no response for hours. Today they confirmed it will take another 7 days to return my money to me!
