SAXO fails to deliver and CANCELS account
Saxobank wanted private information, that i have given already to the BROKER that they took over. For the answer with regard to the legal basis for that request, i had to wait for months. When i came it there were several legal questions unanswered, that i pointed out to them with request to answer. The answer never came and then THEY CANCELED THE ACCOUNT! This is NOT good customer service. In my opinion they dont like customers, who think for themselves and ask for legal basis of their actions!

i have been speaking with mr Karanneet…
i have been speaking with mr Karanneet Singh. regarding the login problem plus reestablishing of a new password. I am unable to receive a code/message on my phone to be able to establish a new password. After 40 minutes on the phone, he found out that the problem was with my number.in the system, the last digit was been missing. +306932 535317. is the correct number. But again there was a problem with changing it. No e-mail could be sent so to change the phone. this is very problematic and i am very angry at SAXO that a simple error could not be solved in an easy way.
As much as Karanneet Singh tried to help the problem is still there, and I can not do anything with the account.
this is very annoying. and i am very much upset and angry 😠
