Ordered flowers as a congratulatory…

Ordered flowers as a congratulatory token for my daughter. ( new job)
To say they were meagre is an understatement! Much better from a garage forecourt. I asked for another delivery at least. I provided a photo, they said I didn’t contact them within 3 days - I did.
I was offered a £10 voucher ‘towards a future order’ , no chance! Now told there is nothing further they can do.
Terrible company. Flowers awful.
Do not use!!

Halifax are amazing !

Halifax are amazing, so helpful and the best customer support ever! When I compare against the bank my poor husband banked with so many years loyalty with no add value whatsoever. I feel sorry for him.

Extremely happy

I ordered roses and lilies, they were delivered royal mail tracked, even though I didn't pay for this service, 20 hours after I placed the order. Recipient very pleased with them and sent me a photo, they look gorgeous.
I would definitely use again. Very happy with everything.

Terrible flowers and even worse…

Terrible flowers and even worse customer service. Ordered a bunch as a gift. They lasted 1 day and died. Contacted customer service with photos, they requested even more photos then offered me a replacement. I refused and asked for refund 3 times and they gave me store credit instead. Useless to me as il never use this company again. Save your money and time avoid at all costs! Whoever is running the customer service team really needs sacking!

Truly the worst customer service - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Ive ordered flowers from here a few times and each time theyve been perfect, a little small but theyre cheaper so thats fine. This time however, the wrong flowers are delivered with no card (which i paid for). Customner service fob you off and lie to get out of the work (thats certainly how it feels) and then the wrong order still arrives. No refund offered. This is truly the worst service. It made me so angry i broke a good pen so now its personal.

Not all all like the pictures on website.

Ordered flowers for a friends birthday. Flowers were not delivered on delivery date of 21.3.24.
I contacted customer services, the female agent was curt, unfriendly and did not appear to believe me that the flowers had not been delivered. Eventually she agreed to resend the flowers again, tracked but not until 2.4.24 over a week after my friends birthday.
The flowers that were delivered, were nothing like the pictures on the website, very poor quality and definitely not worth the money I paid.
I have used home bargains flowers before but will not be using them again and warn others not to do so.
I emailed the CEO and customer services and am waiting for a response.

Poor quality

Read the reviews and thought of give them a try…. I certainly believe in speak as you find…. Well, I found then to be useless.
Flowers were poor, customer service poor. Offered me £5 against next order…. But haven’t taken it up as won’t look to spend another penny with them.

Lovely flowers

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. I was a bit worried after seeing the reviews but the flowers arrived on the day I requested. The flowers are lovely and have lasted a long time now. It’s still quite a bit of money but if you want them delivered, you have to pay a bit more.

Don’t bother wasting your money

Don’t bother wasting your money. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Was literally about 5 flowers in the “bunch”. Literally looked like less than a bunch of flowers. Could have gotten much cheaper from the local supermarket but thought I’d give it a go with the delivery. Never again. Contacted them with the pictures and they did partially refund me £5 but still not worth what I was actually given.

Did not deliver for Mothers Day

Ordered some flowers for Mothers Day. They offered delivery on Mothers Day itself, but did not deliver then nor the day after. Ruined what would have been a nice surprise. I don't know what I was thinking ordering from Home Bargains. They popped up high in the search results and the flowers and gifts looked nice, but it was a huge mistake. Avoid this business.

Update - 2 days after Mother’s Day still no delivery. Now they are hiding behind another company called Prestige Gifting and are refusing to refund me. I’m now escalating to Trading Standards. Read the reviews here and avoid this company.

Mothers day flowers no delivery no service

I have ordered flowers from this site for years, I ordered flowers in January with no issues. I ordered the largest bunch of flowers for mothers day to be delivered early, I had confirmation to say tracking info would follow, since then no flowers have arrived, if you call them the customer service lines are switched off. If you use online chat it advised it did not understand my query and I will be contacted. I received a call who advised I selected the wrong address, however this is also the only email confirmation order that has the address missing, all other orders show the address. However not an issue as there's 8 properties at mums postcode, but still no delivery. Complete rip off nearly 36 pounds down the drain if flowers ever arrive they will be dead. Apparently courier service is royal mail but they can't track it. So only way it seems to be able to at least track your order is to pay more for courier service. I honestly would just go to a real florist. If Home bargains do read this my order is 416956. Eventually after multiple attempts resent flowers and chocolates.

If I could zero stars I would. Awful customer service

If I could zero stars I would. I have been a repeat customer since 2021 and never again. I purchased flower on Thursday as a thinking of you gift on a 1st anniversary of a death. I selected my nominated day in advance (Sunday) to arrive on the day. Royal mail lied and said they attempted delivery but this was untrue as the recipient was home all day. They again never turned up on the reattempted next day Monday nor on Wednesday. Today they turn up 5 days late with dead flowers as instructed by royal mails complaints team if in unacceptable conditions to refuse the parcel. This was done. The customer service team at home bargains flowers who never answer the phone they leave to ring or take off the hook responded via chatbot that despite me telling that Royal mail didn't turn up on any occasion until today and the flowers were dead and I would like a refund they refused. Stating that the tracker said they tried to come on Sunday (which was a lie) and because the recipient refused the delivery after 5 days they couldn't give a refund. This is disgusting and poor customer service and I will never be using the service again. The agent lacked empathy or basic customer service skills and staff need re-training

Awful flowers!

Awful flowers from here! Sized up to a large for an extra £10 and the flowers my sister received were disgraceful. They were all soggy and gunky and brown around the bottoms of the stems and the flowers themselves looked like something you could’ve picked up from the reduced bucket in the supermarket. Sent an email to complain with pictures of what I’d ordered compared to what I’d got and the emailed back to say they couldn’t see what the problem was!!! I wish I could include the pictures of the flowers in this review.

I can't understand all the negative…

I can't understand all the negative reviews of this company, perhaps l was just lucky? I'd completely forgotten my wife's valentine day flowers and spotted the Home Bargain Flowers ad. Never heard of them before, but needs must as it was 5.15 pm on the 12th of February! Placed my order at 5.27pm not really expecting them to arrive in time.
Amazingly, they arrived the next morning at 8.30! Incredible service! The flowers were more or less as the photo on their site...White roses and white lillies which looked lovely and healthy. I only bought the basic bunch but there were plenty of flowers for the £20 odd I paid and my other half was delighted with them.
All in all, and excellent experience and l would definitely use them again.

Incredibly disappointing

Incredibly disappointing. Purchased for a friend as a thank you, paid extra to 'up size' to a medium and had a measly flower bunch delivered that I could have picked up from Sainsburys myself for a fraction of the price. Followed up with their 'chat' feature through their website and spoke to Nia who advised there was nothing wrong with the flowers and they can confirm that 4 germinis, 3 roses, 3 sprigs of chrys and 3 stems of eucalyptus is £26 worth of flowers. Unfortunately the reviews on here are extremely correct and I should have paid notice before ordering. Don't be misled by the 'bargain' - trust pilot does not allow photos otherwise I would add them. Will not be using again and do not recommend.

Totally disgusted with this Company

Totally disgusted with this Company and Customer Service...or lack of it. I've used this company in the past and even recommended it to others, but would never use again, and reading other people's recent reviews,I suspect they feel the same . I ordered flowers and chocolates for a relative as I know this is a difficult time of year for her, hoping that this gesture would bring some comfort. I ordered the products around 9am , to be delivered the next day An hour or so later, I was told that she had gone to stay with her daughter over the festive period and would not be at home. I immediately attempted to email the Company to request a change of delivery address. The emails were returned. I attempted to call, being put on hold for half an hour twice, then giving up. I eventually got access to their chat, which informed me to contact Royal Mail...the tracking number did not register..after a lengthy period of time, I got through to Royal Mail who could not help, as the tracking wouldn't come into effect until the next day..and they wouldn't be able to change the address anyway..I called customer services again..after another lengthy wait I eventually got through, explained my situation and they point blank refused to change delivery address or let me cancel and reorder..would not reimburse any of the £30 spent. So flowers and chocolates either wilting away on doorstep or in bin somewhere. The Spirit of Christmas is lost with this Company. The gifting of their product is meant to represent , care, compassion and love...sadly this Company represents the opposite and is all about taking people's money regardless of whether they receive the items or not. Therefore be warned, you are taking a risk if you purchase from this disgrace of a Company.

Don’t buy flowers off this site

Don’t buy flowers off this site I ordered a bouquet for a gift for my sister they looked beautiful on website, I was shocked when I saw a photo of the flowers that had been delivered, 4 or 5 wilted flowers surround by green twigs, I contacted Home Bargains they say the flowers were fine and basically not their problem, offered me £10 voucher which I refused as I will not use Home Bargains flower delivery or go in any of their stores again really bad customer service.
