Cannot fault customer service who were really nice. However the issue here is quite a concerning one for a professional business.

Are they just making money off one time sales? As people will not return to buy again as the flowers are absolutely shocking quality. Nothing like the pictures shown on the website. Infact a £5 bouquet from the supermarket would probably be a million times better.

What’s worse is it’s really embarrassing for the people who are sending the flowers. Thinking they’ve chosen a great bouquet like the picture - and in actual fact the reality is awful

God knows where these flowers are coming from. They are so so poor quality I cannot even describe it. I ordered a bunch of 50 roses …looks amazing on the picture.

The reality is you get a very strange selection of the smallest tiniest bud flowers. That look brown and withered on the petals. Now customer service told me these are guard petals that need to be removed and peeled off. And to not judge the bouquet by these brown flowers. They sent another bouquet out so I duely removed these wilting exterior petals. But same thing happened as with the first bouquet. They didn’t open up. Remained tiny buds. And then died within two days. They were scrawny small buds. Nothing that resembles the roses on the picture. More similar to scrawny carnations by the stalk and budded head. But these were roses. I’ve never in all my years seen something which doesn’t open or bloom to be a proper rose. And looks so tiny and scrawny.

Are these genetically engineered? Something really isn’t right. Also packaging is awful. A cheap really cheap looking white plastic wrap around them. And a basic white box. With one Sachet of flower food. Which didn’t work as the flowers just died. Both bouquets went the same way.

It seems other people have received the same grossly inferior flowers. It’s a shame as I actually think the company could do really well if they used quality flowers and better packaging

My honest opinion is to avoid and never use this company. For an extra £5-10 you can get much much better flowers from M&S website. Which il be returning to for future flower purchases.

Not the fault of the staff in customer service as end of the day they’re doing their best and paid to deal with the awful flowers being sent out. The fault lies with head office and supply who are allowing such appalling flowers to be sent out.

Even flowers in your local park look a million times better. AVOID.

If they was an option to give no stars I would I paid over £20.00 for a large bunch and they sent 6 carnations don’t waste your money ordering on this site complete rip-off

Received 50 dead valentines rose buds!!! Website doesnt work properly if you try to get customer support.

Ordered for valentines day, arrived three days early, they then reluctantly said they would send out again to arrive valentines day, arriving a day early. Both orders turned out to be well below average, flowers pretty poor, won't last. Never again 😒

Flowers were due 11 Feb and not received. The order was made 2 Feb and I received a confirmation for Flowers for 11 Feb and the invoice said I would receive tracking ID - which wasn't received. I enquired about the whereabouts when the flowers didn't arrive today and I was the flowers were not tracked because they were sent via royal mail and no confirmation that the flowers have even been sent

Aboustley disgusting lying through there teeth saying florist manger has taken look at flowers nothing wrong with them then offer me £15 credit voucher eer no when I ask speak manager said sure get same repeated message and I call them out on there lies and actual picture what ment look like refund has been processed oh ok

Paid £17 for 50 roses. I'm not naive to think for the price I'm going to get the most beautiful blooming rises. I would expect the flowers to be alive and in water.

The flowers were dead. Nothing else I can say in the matter, straight in the bin.

Ordered flowers on Friday for following Wednesday delivery , called to see where they were and was informed it can be a couple of days after the day you've selected 😤what use is that you select specific date for a reason Customer service uninterested and completely unhelpful, no clear complaint procedure despite numerous requests for complaint policy, flowers arrived and looked nothing like picture i could have got a better bunch in any supermarket for a fiver This bunch cost me £20 and was a special birthday and thank you for a friend If this is the best you can do as a company stick to what you're good at Selling bulk cleaning and household goods from basic warehouse stores and dont pretend to offer a service you haven't got the first clue about Wish i could give minus stars

Beautiful flowers for my grandaughter having chicken pox she also loved the trufels flowers exactly like the picture brought from arived on time wonderful price thank you homebargins

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers totalling 43 pound for my Aunt's funeral. They looked nothing like the flowers on the companies website. The petals on the roses were turning brown, and generally were off a poor quality.

I would strongly advise that nobody ever use this company.

I was genuinely embarrassed to take those flowers to the funeral.

OMG!!! If there’s was an option for zero stars I would have pressed it in a heartbeat. I bought my partner a bunch of roses looked great, perfect on the picture, but when I got them they where disgusting the roses where all buds and no red roses in sight. I actually felt embarrassed to give them to my partner, I tried to bin them, but she saw them before I could. I emailed customer service but they kept sending the same copy and paste reply saying the roses where ok after florist looked at them, no empathy what so ever. Obviously who ever was looking at the photos needed glasses. After I threatened trading standard and around 6 emails and numerous back and forth replies they refunded. I will NEVER I mean NEVER use these again and I warn anyone if you want nice flowers look elsewhere.

Ordered my mum some flowers to cheer her up, they arrived in bud but after two days the flowers were all dead I paid £16 for them so it's not like they were super cheap, very very disappointed.... Customer services did offer to send out another bunch but I declined & asked for a full refund... Would never buy again

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered 3 bouquets for my 3 aunts as new year gifts. One arrived looking ok but roses were dead and dropping day after delivery. Other 2 arrived dead ( one was delivered 24 hours late) . Really embarrassing. Customer service offered to redeliver one as a ‘goodwill’ gesture! Who’s goodwill? Certainly not mine. Informed them I didn’t think there was any point in sending more substandard flowers.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Ordered some flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. Never again. Didn't look like the bouquet pictured on website at all, and flowers were nearly dead. Also really small for the price, considering I have paid extra for a bigger bouquet. Total waste of money.

Absolutely brilliant flowers, 20 perfect roses just as I paid for. Arrived the morning I paid for them to, would recommend and will use again 100%

Absolutely diabolical! Dead flowers arrived at my elderly mothers house for Christmas. Due to covid she is alone and housebound on Christmas Day. Thanks home bargains for upsetting my mom, you really know how to provide a **** service.

Just ordered a lovely big bouquet from Bunches which I know is guaranteed to arrive at my moms in great condition. After reading all the reviews I’m shocked that home bargains is still running the flower delivery business, they are a disgrace.

I have to say it was a delight to use this company. Only used them once
but ordered at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, delivered 11am Sunday morning. Refreshing price point too. Flowers arrived fresh & plenty of them (alstroemeria) I have absolutely no complaints.

i sent 3 flower bunches through your service

first 2 the card inside had no details , in one case another person claimed they sent them , so i had to produce receipt to prove to addressee i sent them, how embarrassing is that , why put card in with nothing on it when i took time to write it ?

nest one was late , no note at all in that no card at all

next one you sent the tracking up date, to me , and not the addressee , not the addressee

i am awaiting to see how you will mess up final one, or it will be 4 out of 4 mess ups, id say that's a pretty bad track record
