There is something wrong with these people. I ordered some flowers on the 21st of June and selected a delivery date of the 3rd of July for my mums birthday. On the 1st July I had recieved no dispatch email so I contacted them. I was told by customer service that they don't have to deliver on the day you requested and that delivery is up to 2 days after the selected delivery date. What? Really? So I'm trying to explain to customer service that they can't offer for customers to select a delivery date and then say oh well we can just deliver them when we want. Nowhere on the website does it say your flowers won't be delivered on the day you have selected. I ordered 2 weeks in advance to ensure they arrived on my mums birthday and it seems as though they just don't care. I asked them to put them on next day delivery and send them today ( which is free anyway) and they wouldn't. So I've asked them to cancel my order and provide a refund so I can order from somewhere else. I have never ever heard of a floral provider saying they don't deliver on your selected date but whenever they choose and I certainly will never use this service again especially when there are lots of other companies who do a fantastic job and provide great service. Never again will I use these people. You have been warned choose another provider!

So far so good. Have used 3 times in last month. Asked my sis to send a pic and they looked fine.

Beautiful flowers, such a wonderful gift when you cant get out, or your loved one lives far away.
So cheap too you can choose a pretty little bunch for as little as a tenner. I have used this twice now and i havent got a bad word to say.

Order was easy, price was competitive and delivery was precise, could not fault them. Wish I could share a photo on this website to prove it.

I ordered a bouquet for my sisters b/d it was carnations I chose the large one £21 there were 6 carnations & a sprig of Gypsophila so I contacted h/b and they were ok and said they will send another one I asked will it would be a large one when it arrived it she said it had 6 carnations,what the standard one that sells for £10.99 I imagine it must have 2 and the medium 3 carnations.

I was so embarrassed when my friend whose birthday it was sent me a picture of the flowers she had received. They were dead and broken, I cannot believe that someone picked and packed them and though they were acceptable, I chose a large bouquet and I would love to see what a small bunch looked like, because there were about 10 dead flowers in her bunch.

I am glad that I ordered flowers from Home Bargains before reading these reviews. I have ordered three times this year and every time the flowers have arrived on time and the recipients have been thrilled with them. One of them even sent me a photo and they looked great. I think that they are excellent value for money and the help that I got from the online chat was brilliant. I will continue to order flowers from them as I find other companies expensive and the service no better.

Initially i was dissapointed as i paid for next day delivery. They rectified the issue via email,so my ill auntie was thrilled in the end. They genuinely did try to help me,so for that i am grateful

I’m shocked to read so many bad reviews I’ve had nothing but good luck with the flowers from here. I’ve ordered 3/4 times and always been on time, great quality and the price is always a bargain! Many other flower sites lure you in with cheap prices and once you go to the site it’s always more expensive. I find home bargains flowers a brilliant service!

Awful. You pay they dont bother delivering. Seems they claim that you've selected a non trackable delivery which MAY or may not get there at some point - who knows?
Put your hard earned with a company that actually works - these people are sailing very close to the wind. Trading stds must be fed up to the back teeth with em.

Due to Covid I was unable to celebrate my friends Birthday with her so decided to send her flowers. As per my order the Bouquet arrived on the day and in very good condition. My friend was straight on the phone thanking me for such beautiful flowers, will definitely order from them again.

Have used this company a few times before and the recipients have always been very pleased with their flowers. However, flowers bought for Mother's Day, though arriving on time were of very poor quality and had to be thrown away after just a couple of days. I emailed the company just to let them know how disappointed I was. Within 24 hours I had received a lovely apology, a replacement bouquet and a £10.00 voucher.
Impressed with the way this was dealt with will certainly use them again. Thank you to the staff.

Used for first time to send 50 roses to my sister for her birthday in March.They were delivered on time and they looked OK on arrival but hadn't been kept moist in transit so started dying the following day and were all dead within four days - she worked in a florists after leaving school so knows how to care for flowers. Very disappointed as this was a special gift for her since we can't meet at present .
Not recommended and won't use them again.

The plant delivered exceeded expectation and surpassed photo on the site. Arrived on time, fresh in bud lilies, in a lovely box, beautifully wrapped in pink paper, with a pink bow and proper pretty card good sized message and it also had a proper ceramic pot included!! Made my daughter cry and she was amazed when I told her it was from Home Bargains. For the price it was fantastic! And all care had been taken to make it a thoughtful gift. Will be using again definitely. So happy.

I have ordered flowers from home bargains twice now and they are beautiful. Excellent delivery arrived on time.

First time using them ,ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and to be delivered for Mother’s Day ,cheeked email 2 days later they changed my delivery day to the 20th March. ( week later even tho I paid for the delivery and picked they day I wanted , was definitely not the 20th ) email customer service manged to get the delivered on 15th ( a day late ) when they arrived they was half dead and I’ve seen better in reduced section in supermarket. Email customer service and complained they send out new ones out , these ones was better but paying £18 for well I could of had a £3 bunch in supermarket bigger and better NEVER NEVER will I order again. Couldn’t fault the bloke in customer service but apart from that stay way don’t waste you money

Used first time last year and were late delivering (poor communication) thought it was maybe a one off and tried again this year. Delivered late, never emailed me as stated re being delivered . When I contacted as hadn't arrived they replied that as it was free delivery, even though I had chosen a delivery date they offered me that they could deliver when ever they pleased. Interesting so could it be next month or next year. Will never use again.

Ordered flowers on Sunday for a friends birthday on Thursday and nothing arrived.Feel this is more than ample time for standard delivery.
Would say not worth the money or the hassle.
