We have leaking issue with the boiler…

We have leaking issue with the boiler so hot water not turn on. The guy came late without rescheduling book from 12-2pm got update about late arrive at 1.30pm. He said he tried to stop the leak. Then it leak more and we call to ask them to fix it back to just like before while waiting the landlord deal with new boiler but they told ill be charge again. We paying money for u guys come to help but not. You make it worse and refuse to fix it back to before.
U guys r the real covid make ppl life worse. Sleep well.

Useless

Paying the price

Seemed helpful over the phone. Booked a service of my boiler which was working fine but needed to be able to say it had been done on a home buyer report (wish I'd just lied). Late arriving and only turned up when I phoned to find out where they were.

Should have realised something was wrong by the lack of running water which usually goes on when a service is being done. Now boiler only producing lukewarm to handhot water if you're lucky which is useless in a shower. Endless calling to come and fix the problem (which should be pretty simple) is producing lots of sympathetic noised and no action. Small claims court next stop as I now need to get someone out to sort it out. Should have gone with my usual guys N4 Gas who are 1000% better.

Fast and efficient service

Fast and efficient service. Would highly recommend for emergency call outs and other plumbing issues. My toilet flush broke during the Christmas period and they were able to have a plumber with me in a few hours. Polite and helpful, I would use this service again.

Do not use these plumbers

Do not use these plumbers! They’ve just conned my tenants into allowing Them to put an illegal exhaust pipe into my garden despite them being told (on camera) that they weren’t allowed to do tht . They’re complete cowboys.

Over £500 paid to this company and no working boiler

My mum called out homecure as the boiler flame was not igniting resulting in no hot water or heating no one was staying in the house so the engineer left the heating on a low constant heat on the 04/11/21. On returning to the house on the 20/11/21 the boiler was not working. Nothing could be done as it was a Saturday so the engineer came out on the 23/11/21 still no working boiler. 29/11/21 my mum has called homecure the lady said she would call my mum back and never received that call. Over £500 paid to this company and still no working boiler.My mum called out homecure as the boiler flame was not igniting resulting in no hot water or heating no one was staying in the house so the engineer left the heating on a low constant heat on the 04/11/21. On returning to the house on the 20/11/21 the boiler was not working. Nothing could be done as it was a Saturday so the engineer came out on the 23/11/21 still no working boiler. Today 29/11/21 my mum has called homecure the lady said she would call my mum back and never received that call. Over £500 paid to this company and still no working boiler. You can see the photos of the invoice. Called back 30/11/21 they can not resolve the issue. I will now be writing a written letter to this company. My advice would be stay well away from this company unless you want to waste your money with no end result.

Fast and reliable service

Fast and reliable service. I’ve been putting up with dripping taps and an error code on my boiler for the last 2months. Called on Monday and had an engineer out on the Tuesday! Great service and competitively priced. Would highly recommend!

Inaccurate diagnostics

I used this company before for shower cartridge installation. At that point I found them fast to respond, on time and maybe just a little expensive.

My second experience was rather disappointing as the engineer failed to detect a leak and signal to me, the seriousness of the situation, which then caused a considerable damage to the building. I did explain prior to the visit that we had a damp patch on the ceiling underneath my property and needed them to help me find the issue being abroad and the flat being rented out.

Don’t Use!!

They charged me over £1000 and the shower wasn’t fixed. The plumber wouldn’t leave the house until I had paid all this money even though nothing was working. I then rang them to get them to come back and finish the job as the shower needs to be working but they said it would cost another £1000 to install and buy a new pump. They took over a week to come back with this proposal. They don’t care about doing a good job or being a reputable company. They just care about making money and ripping people off. I have since found a new recommended plumber who is going to charge £150 for installation of new pump.

The service received was great- thank you

The service received was great. Friendly and knowledgeable engineer understood our system well and was able to find out the issue and quote the repair within half an hour. Work was carried out quickly and cleanly. Could not fault at all, I would be happy to recommend - thank you

Massive overcharge

Charged me £59 for fitting, and £126 for 'materials'. The 'materials' was a kitchen tap valve worth about £10-15. Can't recommend using any company happy to overcharge by so much.

We were very happy with our repair from…

We were very happy with our repair from Homecure Plumbers. We initially called around 7pm in the evening and was told a engineer could be with us between 8-9am the next morning.

A lovely chap called Dean arrived and explained in detail what was wrong with our boiler before proceeding to the parts merchant to collect the part that was needed. Upon his return he changed the part with no fuss, low and behold we had a fully functioning boiler again!

The whole job was done within 2 hours and I could not recommend them and Dean highly enough.
Very professional and courteous service indeed!

Very expensive

Very expensive. A rip off. The plumber charged £200 for a slight overflow on the toilet. Would never use again

Failed to make promised call backs to customer

In late April 2021, I telephoned Homecure plumbing for a toilet cistern repair. Several telephone calls were necessary. On at least two occasions, the telephone operators said they would call me back but failed to do so. The repair was eventally achieved on 14.5.21.

My boiler was leaking after the cold…

My boiler was leaking after the cold snap last month which had made a large dark stain on the flat below's ceiling. An engineer got to me the same day and quickly identified and replaced a damaged seal. I would really like to say a big thank you for making this happen so swiftly, not having heating in that weather with a new born baby would have really been uncomfortable.

I thought they charged a fair price and i would be happy to use again.
