Well disappointed
Well, I was told before I purchased these gloves that it would work on the machine that I’ve got well it turns out it doesn’t, I went through each setting and it started then it stops. I asked the question before I got it yes they said it will work yes I want my money back. I’m not going to be stuck with a product that doesn’t work on my neuro trac , specially when I asked before I purchase so upset, I have had a stroke and I can’t use the patches on my arm and my hand my left arm and hand is hurting because of the right isn’t working this is why I got the gloves. To help with both of my problem guess I be sending this back and I really hope that I get my money back.

Do not order from this site! I wash I had seen these reviews before ordering. I have ordered, emailed and am getting completely ignored. Spent almost $300 to relieve chronic pain and this is what I got. Nada.
I will be contacting the Department of Fair Trading and following this up , to ensure I get a full refund and that this doesn't happen to other people as best I can.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Its difficult to review something you havent received
Its difficult to review something you havent received. After placing an order on 20th July for $640 and another on the 31st July for $85, I am yet to receive either of my orders. I followed up with Homemedics after selecting the express shipping option and having not received any notifications at all about our order/s being shipped, for them to tell us they are on a short holiday and will resume shipping on the 3rd of Aug (5 days ago) - still nothing. Very disappointing.
