The items will not stay in my ears and even with lubrication I feel nothing. Overpriced and no good.
Incorrect item sent, will not send what I purchased and has not refunded, and will not respond.
My second order they sent me the universal wrist L/R, which I had already brought when I purchased the previous whole set 3 weeks ago. I then order the Premium Conductive Hand & Wrist TENS GarmentSKU: 2047Package: Hand/Wrist Garment (Right)Price: AU$69.00. And they sent me the universal cheaper one, and said they would refund the difference of $29, this I have already and requested the item that was advertised and what I paid for, I have emailed them multiple times. They tell me they have refunded the $69 back to me, this has not been done.
So I will never buy from them again as they can not provide what they advertise and ignore emails requesting a refund, so basically have stolen $69 and left me with an item that is inferior and does not suit my needs.
In addition, my original offer to you was to send me the correct item that is on your web site and that I paid for in full and also a prepaid label to return the incorrect item both of which you ignored. This would have easily satisfied my needs and secured you an excellent review because mistakes just happen sometimes. I find that your actions in total are borderline predatory. 1. The item was and still is listed on your site as available. 2. There was no transparency in the substitution of my purchase to a cheaper item and no automatic refund of the difference in price I was owed. 3. There was no indication in the received parcel that a substitution had occurred. 4. On bringing the mistake to your attention it took 7 days to secure an actual refund and 5. I STILL don’t have the product I need and am reluctant to ever purchase from your company again.
Within an hour of posting this review, I received the $69 refund, it’s a shame that it took this to get the company to do the right thing for a return customer.
Suggestion to Homemedics is to contact buyers if they can’t provide the correct product that is listed on their website rather than sending incorrect cheaper version. This would have prevented an angry customer and bad review.

Double air clips for tVNS
Double air clips arrived in good time. The clip’s spring could be a bit tighter to hold on to the Tragus.
Pro Tens Socks
Item I wanted (Pro tens socks) were easy to find. Your site gave me the exact information I needed. They were easy to order. Item arrived in double quick time.
Securely packaged.
I would suggest a small leaflet with information on how to use them is included. I had to Google fact that the socks needed to be slightly dampened to work effectively.
TENS Machine Ear Clip Electrodes
The website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The delivery took longer than expected, and there was no option to choose tracked postage.
That said, the product itself is great and works perfectly with our TENS machine. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
I thought the package would contain…
I thought the package would contain more than one syringe of the gel for the price. Maybe I didn’t read the product description properly. So given that it’s only one syringe I do think it was overpriced.
Many thanks

Love the Device – Rechargeable and Effective!
The EMS/TENS unit arrived in good time, works great, and is nicely portable. It comes with a soft bag for pads and cables, and the rechargeable version means no need for batteries — very convenient.
My order shipped three days after payment but took another five to arrive (AusPost delay, not Homedics). Unfortunately, the 12 pads included in the bundle were missing. I contacted Homedics twice with no reply, but about a week later I unexpectedly received an envelope with the missing pads — so all good in the end!
Overall, a great little device that I use twice a week to strengthen my muscles before knee surgery. Just a small suggestion for Homemedics: please acknowledge customer messages — it would make the experience smoother for everyone.
Update: I've found in SPAM folder a message from Homemedics (7 days ago) that they were sending me the missing pads.

hypo-allergic pads are not what they supposed to be
Ordered hypo-allergic pads which are more expensive than the regular ones but had allergic reaction after using only 30 minutes
Had to exchange
Free postage was good but the TENS accessories had poor connection. While initially slow to respond to my request for an exchange, the Homemedics made good on their promise and offered a solution that worked for both sides
