Heel protector useless for planter fasciitis
I have no idea how these heel protectors would help planter fasciitis. They offer no heel support and could not be worn inside a shoe as they would make it too tight. They do not even fit my heel properly - much too loose.

Very disappointing
Website not clear what so ever about the differences of products that look exactly the same. When product arrived didn’t even receive the correct booklet for what was needed and had to contact to get an email version sent that I was supposed to have already received. Once received e book didn’t go over all details needed for machine. So hard to get in contact with someone as messages keep disappearing in chat as page keeps automatically re loading. Wording is copy and paste and slightly changed from each object even though they completely different machines should not have same wording. States that to make a claim need to write a note when adding items to cart, no notes popped up at all during purchase stage. False information. Never found it more difficult then to purchase from this website. Very disappointing.
